Mirna has been my go to service writer for several years now and has always done a great job, she goes above and beyond always. Her communication is by far the best I have had and that’s why I continue to come back over the last several years.

It seems that if they feel you will no longer be of any value to them, they will take less care of your car/truck. They break things, tell you they are old, break more things and expect YOU to pay for them. When the simple oil change turns into a days long ordeal to you only source of transportation, they will laugh in your face. HA. I guess if you are not a big wallet, you are nothing. Avoid the savages in the service dept at all costs.

Took my truck in for a oil change, rotate, and a tire pressure sensor. Got a call for upsells an hour and a half later. Five and a half hours later I get another call saying they had broke my dipstick and the parts wouldn't be in until Saturday.
This is the only vehicle my wife and I have. When I asked the service manager for a loaner his one word response was "ha".
So nice to be treated well by a company that I was giving my money to.
Told them to get my truck fixed, aftermarket parts were fine. Got charged for the parts they broke.
Guess Surprise Ford will get my business from now on.

They trashed my truck. Broke the dipstick of all things. TWICE! Then wanted me to pay them for their mess. When all I wanted was an oil change

I came for an oil change and tire rotation. Other places would be more expensive and/or packed. They got my car done relatively quickly, and they washed it too. I'm gonna be back, for sure.

I bought a used car at this dealership only to find out that the car was actually in an accident. How can a dealership sell a car without telling you that? BUYER BEWARE at this dealership. Honesty is not their policy.

Had an excellent experience at the service Quick Lane. Mirna was a great customer rep and made sure everything was to our satisfaction. The shuttle service to go around the area while your waiting is a nice touch. Very happy with the speed and details of the 30,000 service we received.

The new Quick Lane facility is beautiful and clean and the staff is super friendly. More importantly though, they got me in without an appointment and got me out reasonably fast. Great job guys.

We purchased a Ford Explorer XLT here and our sales person was Scott Griffith. He was extremely helpful before we ever came to the lot. He emailed back and forth with me, allowed me to text him back and forth. I did not want to come in to the dealership until I was sure I had a price sorted out, the car I wanted, and paperwork ready. He handled it all for us. He also stayed until 10: 30 pm with us while we were waiting for the finance department. Very personable, and we had a great experience.

The customer service I received from Rodeo Ford was Outstanding. In particular Lynelle, my service advisor, was very professional, considerate and kept constant communication with me the entire time my vehicle was being worked on. I was advised on every issue as it surfaced and given proper options. I appreciate all the hard work and dedication I was given at Rodeo Ford. I would recommend this establishment to all.

Dealing with this dealership on a new car for about 2 weeks or more. Finally came on a price we both could agree on and decided to go and cash purchase the car. Dealing with “sales manager” Josh, we told, on the phone before staring the drive to the dealership, it was a very long drive (1 hour one way) to the dealership will the car be ready to go with no issues. He assured us the car was being detailed and would be ready. When we got there the car looks like it was hosed off, as there was still dirt and debris spots on the car as well as the lower 1/3 of the car very dirty. The car had about 1/8 of a tank of gas and two large chips on the door handle. Josh told us that we could bring the car back to have the door handle repaired if we wanted. Really a new car with very noticeable damage being offered to the buyer. This car had 2 miles according to the sales rep when we started looking and about 15 miles when we went to pick it up, so a few people must have know about the damage and did not fix. We could have been told anytime during the drive that the car would not be totally ready and presentable as new saving us up to 2 hours in drive time.
In my opinion this type of dealing really looks bad on this dealership and all Earnhardt (this is one of the Earnhardt dealerships according to the website) for allowing such practice to happen. A new car being delivered should not be going back for noticeable repairs by the new owner, should be clean and in most new cars I have purchase an almost full tank of gas. Shame on this dealership for wasting my time and standing tall to the representation of new car dealer bad practices.

Bought a 2017 Mustang GT PP car back in '16, was all good until the trunk lid started to rub the paint due to a fitment issue. Warranty claim was submitted, they outsourced to a body shop. Car came back covered in scratches, chips, overspray, tape residue, and they had buffed all the way through the paint on the part they just repainted. Over the next 3 months and 4 additional trips to 2 different body shops and the car was left with scratches, chips, out of alignment body panels and several damaged pieces of interior. I contacted their service manager (Darren) and the general manager (Alex), neither were willing to do anything to correct the issue and were quite comfortable with they fact they had destroyed my perfect vehicle and left me without a vehicle for 3 months while it was in their horrible care. Buy elsewhere! Never let them touch your car if you care about its condition! Horrible customer service!

Our salesperson, Carolina, was wonderful. The finance team was great! I don't think we could have gotten a better deal anywhere else. Definitely recommend! Was an easy process and happy with our new vehicle.
