Rodeway Inn near Ft Huachuca, Sierra Vista AZ

The floor was coming up the tub every time you stood in to take a shower the tub would make a funny noise and check forever to get hot water They had a throw rug over the tile that was coming up or wood flooring Asked for More Towels and I got a washcloth in a hand towel Was warning a bath towel and said that I tripped on the flooring that was coming up and broke one of my toes it was but I did not report it because I knew they would not do nothing On the 2nd night I went down and asked the night clerk to reset the keys so we could get him the door to our motel room I would not recommend going to this establishment

Rooms are always clean and service is great. The grab and go breakfast is very convenient and I appreciate the coffee being available all day. The staff is helpful with getting extras for the room. Great stay!

Fantastic place to stay! Dog friendly.no weight limit.and there is an area for your dog to pottie and they provide bags! Room was very nice.very clean, lady at check in/out was super nice. Area is quiet and well lit. No problems walking my dog in the area day or night.

Aging motel at affordable prices. The shower and bed are good, quiet, and good location. Nothing fancy here.

Nice room. Clean room. And the area was pretty quiet. The amenities in the room were good as well. Refrigerator, microwave and TV.

I stayed 2 nights at Rodeway Sierra Vista, AZ. Firstly, rooms were reasonable, CLEAN, well equipped with coffee maker, microwave, fridge. Staff friendly and efficient. The lady who worked the desk in the evening (Tiffany?) I hope i have that right but if not, she knows who she is. She was so very kind. I misplaced something very important and was frantic. She went out of her way to assist me and located what I was missing when I could not see it. I spoke with the manager, Eva, the next morning and told her what a gem she has having her for an employee. These ladies are awesome! And the Inn is most comfortable.

The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast is simple but nice; oatmeal packets, fruit bars, yogurt, coffee, cocoa, waters, and tea. The pool looks very clean although it was too cold for us to use. The location is perfect for quick access to Ft. Huachuca, restaurants, and local businesses. Even though it’s close to busy roads it was surprisingly quiet. Nice sized parking lot. Our room was good sized with a king size bed, dresser, desk with chair, 2 side tables, comfortable sitting chair, suitcase rack, small fridge, single cup coffee maker, bathroom counter, toilet, tub/shower, and in the wall heater/ac unit. Loved the huge bed, firm mattress, and soft pillows. The bad; the room smelled heavily of smoke for a no smoking room, the vinyl flooring is in dire need of replacement, there is no sheer curtain for the main window, the tub faucet dripped constantly, and the tv is very small, about 24” across. Despite the few negatives I would give this hotel a 3.5 out of 5 and would stay here anytime.

I had no issues with the staff here. They all seemed nice and accommodating for the most part. My issue was the curtain in the window. The curtain rod was about 4 inches smaller than the window. So the curtain did not cover the whole window in room 110. People could see into our room and we could see them passing by. I had to ask the front for some push pins to have the curtains cover the whole window. Everything else in here is out dated. This place needs a complete renovation.

Clean large room all the necessities even coffee in room gave 4 stars because the bed was super loud it squeaked and time you moved - so was a little hard to sleep

The blanket had an old smell to it (I used Febreze). The bathroom should be updated, staff professional and friendly.

Very clean and comfortable beds, nice front desk clerks. Have a heated pool very clean. I recommend staying at this hotel for sure.

The staff was amazing and the bed was so comfortable I didn’t want to leave but was just visiting from Pa rooms were extremely clean and a very quiet area I would definitely stay there again if I was in the area

It's ok. We've stayed in worst places. The floor was dirty, holes in the bords and a few coming up. The cooler didn't work well. Had it down to 67 and the room was still warm.

They didn't have people move their party into their room, so basically it was outside our door.

OMG talk about motel from hell. It's run down, not well maintained, just looks shabby. Their "continental breakfast" is a joke.some oatmeal packets and granola bars. There are cigarette burns in the lavatory and the curtains have holes. Keep looking for someplace else unless your truly desperate!

I rang the bell at least 10 times at 11pm. Someone drove up looking for a room. We continued to ring the bell for 15 minutes. No one came. The motel lost 2 customers because the kid running it at night was just that. A negligent kid. I came back 20 minutes later and rang the phone 3 times. He finally came to the desk. I mentioned it had been rung a dozen times before and that they lost business because he never answered. He said it did not matter. FYI, horrible late night service.

You definitely cannot beat the room for the price it was clean at a king size bed everything that I needed and I was able to park right outside my door for those unforgotten little things that you left inside the car.
And I apologize because I forgot the gentleman's name if it's Jason or Justin but he was very accommodating to me when he had booked me into a second floor room and I really did it kind of insist or asked if I could park right outside if there was a room available on the first floor and he made those accommodations for me with a smile on his face.

Husband and I travel often and therefore have spent many nights in a hotel. We weren’t sure what to expect here as the reviews were mixed. The check in staff were extremely professional and friendly. We reserved 2 rooms and both were very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was grab and go which is better than some hotels who offer nothing. We will definitely return when in the area. Thank you for the great price!

Very welcoming, staff was very courteous and very knowledgeable about the area. Rooms were nice very clean and simple. Not bad at all for the price. Will be def coming back. Enjoyed everything from check in to check out. If you ever go to the ft. Huachuca sierra Vista area make sure to stay at this location.
