My dogs had really good service here. The vet tech and vet were very kind. One of my dogs has extreme anxiety but this time he didnt panic because of how patient and kind the vet and vet tech were with him. At other places he is shaking and has even panick pooped. He did really well. The vet was very informative about thier diagnosis and needed medications and future services. I was on a set availability of funds and the vet tech was understanding and helped prioritize our needs to fit the available funds. I wish this vet was cheaper or had payment plan aside from credit cards because I am truly happy with the service my dogs received

This place is just in a bad area the atmosphere and surroundings buildings look abandoned

This is an extremely nice establishment.
Highly recommend. Not just the veterinarian who was phenomenal, the staff are so friendly especially Gabby.
They call your dogs by name, Answer any questions or concerns, and I believe they treat your pet like they would treat their own.

Dr. Anita Richert and the staff at Rolling Hills Pet Clinic are the best. They are wonderful caregivers, have excellent follow-up, and everyone is loving and kind. Highly recommend.

Alex treats our dog like he is her own. The front staff are patient and kind. The doctors here care so much. Our dog is a nervous patient and they cater to his anxiety. We have used this clinic for over 15 years, throughout 3 dogs. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience with Dr. Richert! Our dogs range from young schnoodle to a complicated old pug, with a chubby shitzu in the middle somewhere. Her care was gentle, she knows her stuff, and the dogs left in a good mood! I recommend!

Very caring and attentive staff. Dr Was amazing. I could tell she really LOVES caring for our most beloved furbabies.

From the time we walked in and the time we left for our Lucy's appointment was great. The receptionist or vet tech was also very nice and caring. My 3 year old son was getting very loud and she handed him a veterinary doc toy and a stuff animal for him to play with. It made my son very happy till we wait. The only thing I wish was a bit better was that we were there for about 3 hours and would be excellent if that time was cut in half.
Overall, all the staff is very caring and knowledgeable.
We will come back for all her other visits needed because of excellent service!

Zero stars based on customer service alone. My sister recommended we start taking our pets here. We thought we would try at the time because our little dog needed some medical attention (nothing emergent), I called and left a voice mail asking to be called back and letting them know their website was broken. It has been over a week and I have not heard anything back from them. Not a return phone call or anything. So yea. 0 stars for that.

Took my sweet boy in for an ear infection. I was able to get him in fairly quickly. They were kind and worked to keep him calm. We are currently under treatment, and will be back for our check up soon. Hopefully the next time I am there he will be a much happier kittie!

Horrible predatory practices.they do not treat their patience well all they care about is up charging and made me wait 2 hours when I had an appointment. I will never take my dogs there again. They made an appointment without confirming and charged me for not showing when the appointment they made without me was on the day of my family members funeral.

Dr Z and staff were terrific with our Maltese puppy on her first vet visit. They quickly put her at ease and the visit went smoothly. We'll be back!
