The salesman failed to list on the warranty that the truck we purchased had a lift kit in the front. And because of this the warranty company was under the assumption we added it and therefore wouldn’t cover the cost of replacing the transmission went it went out 4 MONTHS LATER. Which was $5400. All they had to do was list it and it would have been covered. They essentially sold us a $2800 piece of paper disguised as a warranty. Just so they can get their commission on it. We have tried to talk with various managers about this, to see if they would make it right since their salesman is the one who neglected to list it on the warranty. They brushed us off every time. One salesman said, “I sell these warranties all the time, and have never added that as an option. ” So BEWARE!

Bought a truck and have had nothing but trouble totally a lemon and the warranty was no good. Couldn't get anything fixed.

So here's the deal. I bought a 2006 Chevy Impala last year. The mileage was 52000. Price, $12,000. So far, no major issues.
Bought a 2008 Mazda 3.28,000 miles. $10,500.yesterday. So we'll see

I found what I thought was the perfect car, I contacted Rollit motors and up to the point where I bought the car all went great, I paid cash, they charged me a little over $2000 to ship the car to me which I gladly paid, only problem was it was gonna take 3 weeks to get my car so I found another transport company who had the car to me within 4 days and about $600 cheaper, I got the car without and dealer tags, then many phone calls and emails and many days later they finally emailed me the tags, now almost 3 weeks later I still cannot get my $2000 shipping fee back, even after many assurances from sales, management and the business office, so frustrating, last night I finally took it out on the road with my wife to get some food, started dinging loudly, lightning bolt ️ and check engine light on, now it’s in the shop, how can people do others like this? I spent my hard earned money and just expect honesty and I have a bad feeling now, too bad, they’ve ruined what should be a great experience.

Jenny was patient, kind, and overall great customer service! I highly recommend Rollit Motors. They aren’t money hungry and there’s no pressure. We love our 2020 Ram 1500! We appreciate everything you’ve all done for us if you are looking for a use vehicle and need someone honest. Rollit is the place!

We were searching high and low for a Tundra to replace ours that was recently totaled. Finding a V8 Tundra CrewMax is nearly impossible! We drove into Rollit just to "look" at one on their lot and were immediately won over by the staff. Jenny is such a peach and Bob has the patience of Job! I was so wishy washy and kept asking so many questions that any other human would have just lost it. But Bob was a cool cucumber and even had all our paperwork ready lickity split!
Highly recommend! We love our truck and Rollit now has a family of loyal customers.

I’ll admit I was happy when I left and shout out Melissa for her patience. Downfall… I got a call later saying Bob didn’t properly fill out and submit papers for my loan. I was very willing to pay for the over priced vehicle because of the mileage on the car and how well taken care of it is. We asked if he could lower the price of the car and he can eat the cost, since he did mess up. He immediately said no and only dropped the car by 1000$ and still wanted me to cough up extra money for the down payment. After we said no he quickly shoved the papers in our face and asked for the car back in a very rude way. He went from very polite to showing his true colors in a spawn of seconds. I did get my money back but I believe it was because there were customers in store making a purchase. I will not be looking to make another purchase with them and will be taking back any recommendations I made to their business.

We had a great experience buying my daughter's first car here. Their team is very friendly, relaxed and easy going. No high pressure sales staff following you around the lot here. They have a lot of great looking inventory to choose from. We were shopping one specific model all over the Valley and Rollit Motors had the newest model with the lowest number of miles and was willing to negotiate the price down to meet her budget. Literally the best car for the best price of all the dealerships we visited. Great shopping and purchase experience with Albert and their sales manager.

I had a fantastic time at Rollit motors. Driving past there I never had any idea how many awesome cars packed in to the lot. Awesome selection with some of everything I could think of.
