Bumped into a guy that worked there at an auto part store, but didn’t catch his name. He was very kind during Covid when the guys at AutoZone couldn’t come outside— he took a look at my car and we spent about 15 minutes discussing the issues I had and he have a few recommendations while standing outside in 100+ heat with the sun beating down on us.
