Kalani is an excellent massage therapist, she listens and tailors her approach to what you need at the time. My autonomic nervous system was screaming and her gentle touch and skill calmed me out of flight and fight. Such a relief, the weekends center is beautiful. What a find, I am new to Tucson have tried a couple places but now this is my wellness home. I am going to come biweekly

You must get in for a massage session with Kourtney! Following my move to Tucson from out of state, I was in need of some body work and grounding. Kourtney not only created a serene atmosphere, but also provided an incredibly therapeutic experience, displaying an extraordinary intuition in addressing my ever-changing needs during the session. I wholeheartedly recommend experiencing her expertise! I'm eagerly anticipating a future WATSU session with her as well!

A really wonderful place to go! I have seen Gabbi for 7 months and she does incredible deep work. I have noticed a big increase in mobility and flexibility since seeing her and generally feeling more in tuned with my body. She perfectly balances what her intuition with what you share you're looking for and I always end up leaving feeling completely refreshed. Highly recommend!

Joe is the best massage therapist I've EVER had. He is trauma informed and sensitive to the needs of his clients. He uses a whole body/ holistic approach. He is super in tune with body mechanics in a way I can't even begin to describe and has helped me recover from injuries that PT couldn't address. He also seems to really care about his clients. I have been struggling with pain from a surgery 8 months ago and it has been hard to find significant relief. I have been prescribed pain killers, had nerve blocks and physical therapy with only some relief. I am really impressed with the results I have had visiting this practice and Kevin was really attentive and skilled and I have seen good results so far. I am looking forward to more visits and seeing more results like I have had from him!

Great location and great group of therapists ranging from all different types of modalities. I’ve had great deep tissue from Josh as well as from Anna. I recently had a wonderful massage that was relaxing from Kourtney. All are willing to address your concerns and they work every minute that you are desiring. Professional, friendly, and affordable.

The place has a great atmosphere, very professional, super relaxed, and well put together without being even the tiniest bit stuffy (and it smells great in there.) My massage with Erica was absolutely exceptional. I have a stained muscle and she addressed it far better than I expected. Everything was perfect, she solicited and listened to my feedback and she was intuitive, engaged, and nurturing. It really was extraordinary. I like the place in general, they have high quality tables, and I'm certain they have other top notch therapists, but I strongly recommend Erica particularly if you have some sort of a lingering injury that needs a dose of relief. I will definitely come back.

Joseph Schaffer (Joe) is the best massage therapist I've had the chance to work with. This seems like an overstatement, but I told him that he gave me the perfect massage on our first or second time together - firm as I asked and right at the edge just a tad bit before it got uncomfortable. I've felt since the start that Joe has cared about me. He's a great listener and empathetic and is open to knowing more about you if you'd like to share, but also not pushy to talk. When I came to him I was experiencing quite a bit of neck, shoulder, and upper back pain. Recently, my pain has been getting better, and I attribute a major cause of that to be Joe's work with me. I always feel better when I leave. He has worked with me for release of trauma as well through massage, and the way he gets into muscles and grooves feels like he's actually not only really paying attention, but also trying to feel what you feel so that you actually get the massage you want.

I had such a lovely cranio sacral session with Emma Vasseur! She is so intuitive and has such a nurturing touch. I feel like she put all my pieces back together after a stressful week. Rooted is a lovely and calming space.

Not only is the space beautiful and inviting, the retail is excellent and well priced. I will be back!
