I was researching realtors and did a Google search and Rosalinda O'Hare was listed as a Top Realtor that also spoke Spanish. I reached out to her and she immediately responded and provided me with information. The process of finding our home took several months but after a number of visits to listed houses and lots of consideration we decided to buy a new build. Rosalinda has been involved through the entire process and it has been a fantastic experience. If you are looking for a full time agent that is responsive, communicative, and genuinely listens to what you are looking for in a home I highly recommend her.

I’ve finally had a moment to finally say how AMAZING this woman is! She (and her team) worked so damn hard and got myself and my husband into our first home and made the whole experience as stress free as possible. I don’t think I could’ve gone through this with anyone else and I’m so thankful for all the hard work she put into helping us become first time homebuyers. We started working with Rosalinda in April and closed on our house at the end of May. While it was a fairly quick process, she was very patient with us as we went back-and-forth between an existing home vs.new construction. She provided sales comps to help guide our decisions. We ultimately settled on a new-build, and she was very supportive and responsive throughout the entire process. We will absolutely work with Rosalinda in the future!

My wife and I patiently looked for a house for over the last year and a half! Rosalinda was patient in dealing with us, never pressured us, always made sure it was the right deal for US, and seemingly never thought about her own interest in the process. We met her at an open house we walked through, and we knew right away she was the real deal. She’s polite, professional, and knowledgeable, but also won’t back down from a negotiation! We had a tight budget we wanted to stay in, and when push came to shove she really fought for us to get the price we wanted when buying. We don’t have enough good things to say about Rosalinda!
