Ross Dress for Less reviews
10Store shelves were more than half empty. It looked as if no one had bothered to make any orders or bring in shipments. Some shelves had a few items, while others were completely bare. Items were in disarray and clothing was not even hung in correct size categories. Dressing rooms were closed, so no way to see if anything fit. I left without making a purchase.
The staff was great. I wish I could remember my cashiers name but she was great. I found all the things I needed without having to run around and I find that invaluable.
Dressing rooms are closed! Inconvenience but all else was great. Super cool, clean and very friendly. Not much inventory tho.
AWESOME prices.great selection AND u can return if it doesn't fit. (fitting rooms closed because of covid)
The store was very clean and extraordinarily organized. The staff is very helpful and they have great customer service training. As busy as the store was the store staff managed very well.
Love shopping on Tuesday senior day! Great deals I like shoes, purses, both discounted. It’s so good product is gone fast.
I like going to Ross for my kids they always have cute stuff.great place to go for home decor very cheap.for a young dad it's very hard to find clothes that fit and don't have noticable flaws like messed up stitching or one sleeve is longer or the pants are miss tagged different sizes and good luck finding a pair of men's size 11 shoes that look cool.i did find a guess peacoat that was really$300 for120.great place for women or kids guys know your sizes and shop online not many choices for men in Prescott if your not a cowboy or don't mind wearing Walmart clothes.i still go to check the men's section when I bring my family but I leave disappointed usually.
I was at Ross on 4/19. As I was getting out of our car, an old woman with short white hair in a red car told me “don’t hit my car”. I did not even come close to hitting her car with my door. Her car was in the front also on the line. Aren’t employees supposed to park away from the front of the store? I’m also pregnant and she’s smoking in her car while being rude. The best part? This is an employee of the Prescott Ross. To be rude outside of your work to an obvious costumer is beyond me. Every other Ross employee is nice besides this lady.
Nashville West was my least favorite.
A few store employees was not helpful and cashier was downright rude.
