The only thing I can say is they need to restock the shelves because there wasn't alot to choose from. I did, however, find a nice Tommy Hilfiger back pack purse for only $30 and they do have alot of summer dresses.

Shelves still need stocking, but I guess if production has the Virus, shut company's are better than sick one's.

They are in the lead for Tucson. Nicest selections, friendly staff, stocked better than the others.

I shop here very often. Love the new look and this store is a clean and neat
one! Great service when you need it as well!

Very clean aisles compared to other stores. Not much variety of items on shelves. But overall good prices on the items I did find and buy.

They closed all dressing rooms! I Came here about 745pm. Found about 8 cute clothing items and a dog bed. I went to the back fitting room to try them pieces on and the lady told me the rooms in the back were closed, but directed me to the front of the store to the temporary looking dressing rooms. I walked to the front dressing rooms and they were all locked. I asked the cashier where I could try on clothes and she informed me that I couldn't because they had locked all of the dressing rooms. I purchased the dog bed, but left all the clothing items because I could not try them on. Very unprofessional and disappointing. I spent about 30-44 min finding the clothing and I had no idea the dressing rooms closed when the store is open for ANOTHER THREE HOURS.

REALLY good prices and decent selection. There is a wide range of products and the store is usually clean and the items well organized. The cashiers are generally friendly and quick. I take my kids here as well as go by myself.

Unbelievable hassel to return clothing I bought less than 5 days go. I had the receipt and never cut any tags, however the price tag was missing. I believe it happened when they took security tags off. Never shopping here again after many years of shopping here

Ross is very inexpensive for such good quality clothing. The staff is very friendly! I’ve never had to return something from this store because all the clothing I’ve gotten from here is great quality!

I wasn't happy with not finding blouses for "plump" size women. The staff wasn't being helpful at all, I asked where the blouses were & a young lady replied, "Over there in that section". I left & will never return.

Surprisingly more expensive than I thought it was going to be. I honestly think it'd be cheaper to go to Walmart.

Not Good, I heard bad things about how the owners and company treat children. Also, they only gave me 25% credit for my exchange. I don't plan on shipping there again.

Ive been here a couple times. Each time i go to this location i remember why its been so long since my last visit. Very few choices for men. They hardly have any mens underwear or under shirts. All the t-shirts are basically the same 8 shirts in different sizes.

Stores ok clean amd all that but low supply of selections. Seems so picked threw like a thrift shop always especially compared to other location although those stores can be that way bcs I know a lot of people shop there but still! And one major complaint is no matter the time of year the lines are obnoxious enough where I don't like going. Most employees could careless if you have to wait they'll just give grumpy looks and never request extra help from cashiers to move lines along faster. If I'm ever in a hurry I cant shop there.

Only because I have been here multiple times over the past few months and the product that I purchased has been there for a while and I was expecting a price cut.other than that I'm a loyal customer and will recommend to friends.see you soon

This place is a joke they profile their customers moment you walk in with a large bag they start following you making you feel uncomfortable a lot of items don't have price tags on occasion you will interact with management and they are awful very snooty towards customers know-it-all attitude very unprofessional

I've been closed shoes Wallace and things like that knick-knacks the house in things that you can enjoy for cheap

You know moat people wash there clothes before they were new stuff well dont tell the manager that works there that you washed before you wore it and that's the reason it shrunk because otherwuse you have altered it and wont refund your money or let you exchange
