Ross Dress for Less, Tucson AZ

It was a pleasant trip and the service was very good I wish most of the stores I visit had people with such nice attitudes il will go back again

This Ross location was OK. For me, Ross has always been a hit-or-miss experience. They had a fair to average selection of clothing and other home goods. There were many things misplaced or on the floor such as shoes, socks, slippers and makeup. Employees were not particularly friendly but the check out line was very short which I appreciated. I did end up purchasing a few non clothing items.

I can get many items at a reasonable price. It's hit and miss when clothes shopping, I either find a ton of things to buy or nothing at all. That's the fun of shopping here, you never know what you're going to find.

Good location nice clothes but their fitting rooms and restrooms are always closed.its hard to go shopping and have to worry about having to pee or not being able to check if you'll like what youre buying

I figure I spent about maybe $85 today at Ross walked out of there with a fresh pair of New Balance shoes for awesome shirts nice pair of shorts as well when if I were to go to any regular retail spot it would have cost me well over $200 pretty much every time I go to Ross I am not let down I mean I guess I've been shopping there for over 20 years and definitely at least for the past 10 years so I don't think I bought a pair of shoes anywhere else

The Ceiling has now been fixed, so that is a great thing. There is also more Cashiers as well so the lines are no longer anywhere near as long. Perhaps I caught a bad experience during some unadvertised remodeling 5 months ago as the store is also slightly rearranged.

It's Ross. But this Ross is missing half the ceiling. Crowed but socially distanced throughout the store. 1 cashier during the pandemic with the long line attempting to be socially distanced but its all the way back through half the store so people HAVE to walk by. A few people with masks on incorrectly with no enforcement of a mask policy. At the end of the day, you leave your house you expect that, but I've seen it handled better, including at other Ross locations. I did however find what I came for.

Worst Ross experience I’ve ever had. Waited for the dressing rooms to be “cleaned” for an hour after being told they’d be open in a few minutes. I was then told that everyone was busy on registers after asking repeatedly when they would be open. Then waited in line for the cashier another 40 minutes while there were employees standing around doing nothing. I normally don’t like to give bad reviews but this was the worst service I’ve ever experienced.

Well I had a bad experience in this location with the customer service with a refund. I asked to talk with a manager and they refused saying the manager can't help me bcs their mistake. When I was about to leave the manager came an apologized, telling me the cashier was new and she will get me the refund. Most cashiers at this locations are rude.

Lots of clothes and other items at great prices. The checkout line was very long and they only had two cashiers working.

Made/serviced quite a few of their signs yet only 2nd time as cust. They were open later 11 vrs 10 & I'm flexible so able to somewhat address shopping needs.

They always have the clothes I'm looking for and I save a lot of money. The dressing room is currently unavailable though.

One of the employees was very rude and when standing in line got out of line to try and get in front of everyone and then when he couldn't went back to his original spot in line. When he was called forward he didn't respond until someone started to walk to the register in front of him because he was too busy rudely talking to a customer, then proceded to walk straight in front of the customer almost making them run into them.

I went to several stores in the area and could not find an outfit for my Birthday untill I went to your store.

I loved my Slacks and dress shirt.

I definitely come here for the perfume! Can't beat the prices. It's fun to find neat little or large trinkets and things. Im not a huge fan of the clothing or shoes but most of everything else is fair game. They always have a little bit if everything!

I really like shopping at Ross's there's a lot of name name brand good merchandise at a fairly low price I mean almost next to nothing compared to the price that they were originallyand they have some really cute stuff except they don't have the right size bra that I want LOL but it's true

I was impressed. It was clean and neat. I always find the cutest holiday decor currently spring. Love their garden/spring items.

Every time I go here they have an extremely tiny selection of women's extra large tops. It seems like they don't really want to carry that size.
