Ross Dress for Less, Tempe AZ

Too crowded & clothes were not replenished seemed like they were running out of clothes to sell

I'm a huge fan of Ross especially when on a budget. Now I don't expect to get great customer service, but I always know I'm going to get a smoking deal on the merchandise, so I'll overlook that This location specifically has too many customers and not enough employees

Pricing was good they sold a little bit of everything customer service was good very polite you didn't wait in long lines it could have been a little bit more organized and clean but I enjoyed looking at the items that they had in the store the lady at the door she was very nice and greeting the customers as they came into the store the location was good it was just outside the mall so you can get in in the mall and you can get in outside the mall so you had two areas in which you can get into the store.

Decorating my new apartment and found this rug. I love the look but still working on it. Still not finished but it's off to a good start.

Kinda dirty, un organized, service was ok. There was someone yelling all crazy at people, but not on person from Ross or Security attempted to calm the person or ask the individual to leave.

Got a great party dress at a great price. Only downer was the long line for checkout, but it was just before Christmas.

Came here when the store open up around 10: 30am I had found two pair of pants after I had tried them on the guy in the fitting room took the pants from me and told me he wanted to make sure I didn’t take the security tags off. First off that’s racial profiling, why would you ask me that is it because I’m black and I had hoodie on? I had thought to myself why should I spend my money here after this I had told them they can keep there merchandise and spent my money somewhere else I will never support another Ross again

Why arent there more registers open, like in the back we stood in line for 10 min and t didnt budge, but yet the back of the store has registers that arent even open? Needless to say we put down our item's and left.

They have a lot to choose from, except cashiers, lol. They need more cashiers, especially around this time. It takes forever to check out.

I'm there probably every weekend. Always looking for something new and in style or something on the clearance rack period a great place to shop

Awesome place to shop. They have a little bit of everything here from home decor to apparel for every age group at very affordable prices. They have a fitting room as well as a restroom here. The staff is always helpful and friendly. Great spot for last minute gifts and they even carry wrapping paper, bows and gift bags! I love Ross.

The store employee did not smile the only one the told me hi was the loss pervention. Lady tall skinny african american girl very nice but the rest dod not say nothing just pass buy like nothing after all i like the store could do better on recovery

It was great everything that I was looking for was there the pace was fast and everybody that work there was very helpful

Typical Ross, nothing notable either good or bad. If you want to go to a Ross and are in the area then this'll do just about as good as any.

Nice Ross, some merchandise out of place, for me, not the best of Tempe/Mesa.but enjoyed to buy here.

I went in today to look for luggage for an up coming trip and they had exactly what i was looking for. I love going into Ross because I can always find a purse that i like or perfume that i like. It is nice to be able to pick up designer items for a reduced price. I frequent them a lot.

Found all my teens back to school clothes here. Very beautiful bags and matching shoes. Brand names for a real cheap price.

This last visit on 24th Street and Baseline the lines were so far back it felt like I was doing Christmas shopping the store was very sloppy the merchandise was low I don't know what's going on with 24th Street and Baseline location I had been going there for years ever since they opened I'm not really interested in shopping there now

It has really good things, I got a Louis Vuitton shoe there for more than half less the price. It's a good way to get affluent things for a really low price.

Love the selection. Hard for a store like this to remain organized. Did find everything I wanted for a good price.
