Ross Dress for Less, Yuma AZ

First time in the store I like it has alot to choose from and see lot of people in that store they must be doing something right.

I stood in line for quite awhile just to get up in front and Priscilla working the customer service cage told me I had to stand in a different line for exchanges. So I moved over to that line and waited some more when it was my turn she called people to come up from the original line. So when they were done, I went right up there and she said I had to wait to he called. I then got angry and said oh no you're not doing that to me again. I told her what she just did. So she never thanked me and would tell me her name. I asked the guy on the way out her name. She got mad at him. She hates her job and hates people obviously.

Very busy and a bit understaffed but still one of my favorite places to go shopping with my wife we shop for so many things we make it a date

It's a nice place for buying clothes and it has other products that you may not find in other areas. I enjoy going here.

Long lines.walked out without items I was going to buy, at least 18 people waiting in two lines.

Good variety but can sometimes be messy. Bathrooms are usually not the cleanest or have soap.

This store was VERY busy and the racks were in disarray. While it seemed they had lots to select from, I left shortly after arrival. I recommend lots of patience if you are planning to shop here.

The line to pay was more than half way around the i terror of the store with only 2 cashier's that I seen. I left my basket and went home. That's too much.

Love this place but the lines are always rediculous. I've had to leave my stuff and walk out because the line was all the way to the back of the store

The store is a mess, had some funny shirts but only certain sizes, lines go 3/4 back through the store- the lines actually block aisles making it hard to shop, the security guard is nice but the rest arent

Store was disorganized with stuff EVERYWHERE. They had stocking type carts blocking isles, long lines at the registers and the store just didn't feel clean.

Everything is a perfect price and easy to get, the clothing is so pretty and cost up to 10$ it's the best!
