Store is very messy and dirty everything is on the floor, nothing in its right place.employees especially the cashiers are very rude, never shop from this location again

Always crowed, however, I can always find what I'm looking for, or at least something close to it.

Overall okay place but I guess I picked the wrong day because it was not a lot to choose from.

I usually like to shop at Ross, but in this particular location it's a bit like shopping at an unruly rummage sale. When I do ship at Ross again I'll try another location.

Couldn't find anything I was looking for. You either have to work here or stake the place out to get anything good.

I was just kicked out of the store because they said they have me on camera. Problem is I’ve never been to this store and I’ve never stolen anything from anybody. Hands-down the most embarrassing thing I’ve ever been through needless to say I’ll never come back here again.

I absolutely love Ross! I love their clothes and the fact that they have a large variety for plus size women; the clothing is decently priced too! I enjoy the new items that come in often. Also the ability to shop for just about ANYTHING you can imagine for the household and home.

Horrible. 14 people in line. Only two people on the register. You have to wait forever to check out. Won’t be coming back

Two of the major issues with this store are, the home department isle look like a tornado blew through the isles knocking everything all over the floor. No one picks the merchandise up.second, the check out lines are rediculiously long to check out.

Messy, merchandise on the floor, merchandise sized wrong. The longest checkout line I've ever seen. Less than 1 star.

THE WORST PLACE IN THE WORLD TO SHOP! THEY WON'T EVEN DOUBLE BAG YOUR MERCHANDISE! I TAKE THE BUS AND HAVE TO WALK EVERYWHERE, I DON'T HAVE A CAR! I ASKED HER NICELY TO PLEASE DOUBLE BAG MY MERCHANDISE BECAUSE THE BAGS RIP AND MY NEW CLOTHES FALLS OUT OF BAG! HELL NO, THEY WOULDN'T GIVE ME ANOTHER BAG! WHAT'S THIS WORLD COMING TO! WE CUSTUMERS DO NOT DESERVE ANYTHING! WE ARENT EVEN ENTITLED TO ANOTHER BAG FOR OUR MERCHANDISE! THIS IS AN OUTRAGE! NEVER SHOPPING THERE AGAIN! MY BAG RIPPED AS SOON AS I GOT OUT THE DOOR! THEY ARE AS CHEAP AS ROSS! HOW AWFUL! WHAT A BAD EXPERIENCE!

Pod. Ross has a great selection where u can mix match. The fitting room stands out to me because i like to try everything on before buy. Great customer service at the fitting room as well. ️

A bit in disarray with so many customers and so few employees able to attend customers then floor pick up. It was a beautiful chaotic store with seasonal activity.

Didnt like seeing the men employed there standing around versus the woman who were busting a move. Must be a positional thing.

Is it just me or has their merchandise for 3x men's gotten worse? They barely carry a large selection and I have been buying my son's large shoe size for over 10 years here but, they no longer go above a size 13? Since when? I'm not interested in going back if I can no longer shop for everyone in my family in one place. Lacks the convenience. I don't enjoy shopping. Ross use to be a headache free zone when it came to convenience. I now know that I have to go else where

Disruptive people are clearly welcomed no matter what they are shouting out. The prices for the quality of purses was not good. But other things were priced okay. And if you don't mind be hearded like cattle in the slowest check out line possible. Then this is the place to go.
