Ross Dress for Less, Kingman AZ

I visited this store today and it was dirty and messy the worker they have in the dressing room is rude mean and ugly this store SUCKS VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Customer service nobody to ever be found literally did a poll on the shoes sold there 9 out of 10 times all made in China nowhere to sit and try shoes on once you're greeted at the entrance you are on your own not a clerk can be found

Cashier complained how she didn't want to be at work. She was tired, blah, blah, blah.
Other than that we came across some nice Halloween items. I wished her a good rest of her day and thanked her for helping me.

Really nice staff, very wide variety of clothes and styles. The employee Jill was an absolute pleasure she was so so kind and had a great attitude as well as Joy I believe her name is. Both very kind ladies!:)

I love shopping at Ross, but the staff here leaves something to be desired. Always rude and impatient, no matter how many hundred of dollars I spend in there.

I always love going to Ross. Their store is clean and you can find a whole bunch of stuff for a great price. Very easy to find and the staff always greet you. I've always found shirts that I've loved and got.

Skimp on just about everything. Basic things are missing like even women's under garmets therr was like nooo selection? Not even a maternity bra in sight. Sadly will not return unless they decide to stock up so until I hear otherwise target it is

Always a deal somewhere in the store most things are reasonably priced. Pleasant atmosphere to shop in.

Prefect place to go to, to find want you want. Was able to get my kids what they needed for graduation day.

This places have no no selection of clothes for plus size people. At least any without flowers, fruit baskets or Mickey Mouse on them.

No complaints. Went late afternoon on Friday. It was as clean as a Ross could be lol it was not crowded and was able to get right into a dressing room. As well as check out line only had 1 person in front of me. No mile long line.

They yell welcome fo Ross when you walk in. The store has a variety of items. Its clean and well organized. Things are easy to find. The staff is helpful and kind.

First visit to this store. It's good sized, seemingly good selection, all things considered. Quick check out, nice staff, clean store. Not a bunch of piles of stuff laying around. Bought bed sheets.

Need more staff and better organization. Store looked a mess. Stuff al.over the floors. No one helping at dressing room. Bathroom filthy

Could probably give more stars if they had inventory. Just always feels low and can never find things for kids and men.

Ross is my go to shop for clothing necessities so, I have visited my fair share of locations. This one is by far the messiest, least organized, and least welcoming. The employees don't greet you and seem irritated to check you out. The shelves look like they just had a Black Friday rush, no it was no where near Black Friday that I visited. Its just an all around non pleasurable experience.
