Prices are fair. But the store is always in disarray it's frequently crowded and hard to get assistance except at check out

I've been shopping at Ross for many years now. No matter what others say that the clothes are "poor quality" or "irregular", my experience had been, that you can find clothes with those defects everywhere. Even when I've shopped at the different clothing stores at the Mall that sell brand name clothing they haven't always been good quality. Basically, knowing what to look for at a decent price is what helps you save money. With the way things are going in our economy, shopping at Ross is my choice of good clothing at a great price! I recommend it for large families with children.

It has so many products to choose from. The prices are low as well. Guaranteed that you will find what you need.

Great deals HORRIBLE customer service. After our shopping was done we got in line with one person checking out at the only cashier and nobody else in line. It took the cashier forever because the customer had several items and was putting them on the counter one at a time as the cashier checked each item. The poor cashier called for Angelita over the intercom for nearly 15 minutes as the line grew. Sadly Angelita never came she simply ignored the poor cashiers request. Several customers walked out because the lone cashier had a customer who slowed the checkout process. If I only see one cashier when I walk in or Angelita I will walk out. The manager needs to fire Angelita as she ignored calls to come to checkout for over 20 minutes.

Clean store. I was never greeted through the whole store. Not that it was necessary just an observation. Seems like the Ross business model has changed a bit. A little bit boujie, Less discount oriented than in the past. Great selection though

I don't buy clothes here or anything. Just look around if they have any interesting finds like my dogs' food mats! They're great, but they don't really carry anything and it looks pretty empty all the time. Boo

Firstly I love Ross prices and the selection of children’s clothes as well. But we waited 40 minutes to check out which is unacceptable even on a Saturday

I liked shopping there i just wish i had more time. Cashier was very polite and nice. Can't wait to go back there to shop.

The line was over an hour long. I went next door to TJMaxx and made a purchase and came back and was still in line

I would like to give a shout out to Denise the store manager at Ross she was able to help me lift weights at that I purchased outside to my vehicle. Thank you very much. ️

I just found out that the store will be requiring vaccinations for their employees. Absolutely unforgivable. I will no longer be shopping here. Unfortunate, since I have been shopping here for years.

Don't always find good deals but today was Great stuff for the whole family shoe's clothes shampoo purse's Cookie's and perfume and the cashier I had very nice lady

Their plus sized choices were a lot harder to find but they always have something you want there
