Ross Dress for Less, Phoenix AZ

I surely wish they had a better lingerie section, and also a separate clearance section rather than having them in each department. This means a lot of exercise in the store if you really want to look at several items. The prices are great though, any employees are friendly clean and safe.

I went there earlier M this week to buy a purse and I love. PlusvRoss is one of my favorite stores to shop at.

Unsafe practices: Three registers running all next to each other there’s plexi to divide the cashiers but no plexi to divide the customers.irresponsible they have options to spread the cashiers out so the customers can stand 6 feet apart. This is disappointing unsafe and unhealthy.
This falls on the MOD whom put the registers out.

My wife and I have shopped here many times. The staff are always welcoming and friendly. The store clean, and stocked up to a level that compliments the times. The variety of products is still their signature mark!

This Ross is huge and well stocked. It's the best once I've been to so far in the valley and I've been to a lot of them. The staff are friendly and helpful. They wrapped up my breakables, which does not happen everywhere. I will definitely be coming back to shop at this one.

Save your money and buy quality; you might spend a little more, but with proper care at least the clothes you buy will last half a lifetime, instead of half a month.

This is the worst Ross ever don't ever go here or waste your time the employees think they own the store in are very rude and nasty to their customers for it to be Ross Dress for Less it's been a few more dollars and go to Marshalls or somewhere

Customer service and not having a conversation while ringing up customers would've been more professional. It's not a swap meet for crying out loud

Well you can try on a belt with an outfit how you supposed to know how it's going to look if you can't try it on with the outfit the belt had to stay outside the dressing room time to go else where

I stop in every once in a while since it's close to my house. The store has always been clean when I have gone but they are always limited on selections to me. Security has greeted me most of the time with a "welcome" and a "thank you for shopping at Ross" when leaving.

A little smaller store, but cleaner. Nice dressing rooms. They need bigger Womens World clothes selection.

This store is very clean and organized. They also have a wide variety of items to choose from.specially when it comes to home decor. The options for towels very low though. They had about 4 colors to choose from and a very small section dedicated to towels. Other than that I like this store a lot. The staff is also very friendly and greet you as soon as you walk in.

Well this store will never have my service sad thing is I live right behind the store. I'd rather drive miles out of my way and waste gas just for better service.your manager was rude as can be I was in the store with my wife and 2 kids. I tried on a few items and wasn't happy with the look so i went looking for the same shirt and pants but different sizes. They gave there notice to collect you last min items and purchase because they are closing at 10: 30 pm one women kicked me out of the clothing area said I couldn't look anymorem so I made my way to my wife and kids they gave us dirty looks and I went to register the women marisol refused to ring my items up said because they are closed and I've worked at Ross before I know the rules u can't kick a customer out and can't close till last customer leaves.the women who slammed the door and locked it behind me was very rude. I'm guessing this is the manager and another customer said the door was locked at 10: 15 when she tried to walk in l.while my family and other customers were still in the store because they didn't want other customers to walk in to me this is very unprofessional and I will never step foot in this Ross location again thank you

I fiund a bebe one piece swimsuit for 20.00 which was great.however the associate at the register was rude.aslo the loss prevention followed me around tge store smh. Ross yall need to do better.if your ppl are watching me and you still have theft that means its not black ppl ijs.

I compare them store but that starts really good and prices on things for the house blankets for the kitchen and close

I used to be a loyal Goodwill shopper. I buy a lot of dresses and when I found out that Ross's price were about the same I am sold! Since I switched to Ross I can buy new, not used at a similar price!

I love going to Ross for their selection of great Brands different designs low prices they have jewelry cologne shoes watches coats socks undershirts hair clippers all kinds of things and if they don't have it you're constantly getting a new stuff and at the prices they charge it's very worth the time to check it out for yourself staying the freshest gear 24/7

This Ross has the stuff others Don't I almost don't want to tell anyone about all the good deals. Im afraid you'll all shop it dry. Lol.

Good selection for women's and children's clothing. The men's section is less-than-stellar however. Overall a very good Ross store

New store that is clean, well organized, has great inventory, and very friendly customer service reps.
