Ross Dress for Less, Phoenix AZ

They didn't have as much merchandise as usual it seemed it could be me or something but it seemed like tha stock was low only had certain stuff and not much of it I usally spend lot cause I find sweet stuff but I only found two things and they ended up not being the correct size again they had very low inventory I figured they can squeeze in but no luck they were way to small now I will have to return them as they had no dressing room cause all the stuff going on. Staff was super helpful and friendly.

I love shopping at Ross. Im a female of a more natural size. I can always find clothes in my size that are just as cute and as fashionable as the more smaller sizes offered. I always tell people HEY I GOT IT A ROSS!

The cashier was really nice the lines were extremely long but was really nice and trying to be as fast as possible

I went to the store found everything that I wanted went to send in line one cash register in about 25 customers in line. I will not be going to that Ross again.

Friendly staff and they had what I needed.

This store is filthy, there is merchandise all over the floors. Long line with only 3 registers open.

By far the best Ross store I've been to all the clothes are on hangers hanging on the racks. Nice and clean also the fitting rooms are well-kept kudos to your store when I give you 5 stars because also there was no waiting line quick and fast

Not a very large selection for plus size women. No style for us either. Clothes for larger women that they have looks like we're all wearing one size dresses and only one style.

I like this location, but people who shop here don't know how to put stuff back, its a hot mess in here!

I love Ross just this location is always so pick through. I was able to pick up some kitchen gadgets

Location was organized, different from most locations. Large mens selection which is nice to see. Associates are a bit dull and impersonal but I don't expect much from Ross as I would a chain or mall retail store.

Didn't have many logo/sayings t-shirts to choose from in XL for teens. Too many button down shirts.

I never try on so I return a lot, I've never had an issue with them! Of course armed with my receipt ALWAYS.

I go to Ross's for the sterling silver they have great prices this particular Ross didn't have any sterling silver on this given day

Not bad depending on the location, be prepared for a hunt and to have no personal space but sometime you will find a good deal.

Always finding awesome deals here. It's hit or miss but when you do find something good you save big.

You can find brand name products at a very low price. I had got compliments from the items and purchase from there.

I love this Ross because their decoration aisles are Awesome! I always find something for every room in my house. The shoe selection is neat too! They do a good job in keeping it clean considering the traffic of people.
