254.6 stars if possible.it's a great Ross, clean and great service but just by the high amount of traffic it's a little harder to find those really good products like at another Ross. But it's still very good!
Overall okay, but I also was not impressed. I was not unhappy about my visits experienced here. However, I do feel that the staff could do more regarding their efforts as a whole to improve the stores atmosphere. The staff here were not actively engaged.
Staff could work on a little more being helpful and friendly. Plus they need to keep the aisle free of clothes on the floor that's just an accident waiting to happen.
They had no one at the checkout counter for at least 5 minutes while a line built up. Then no apology and they couldn't get the register to work
At Ross, there are a lot of clothes. From T-Shirts to Swimsuits. I highly recommend it if you want to get some cute clothes for cheap.
