Ross Dress for Less, Surprise AZ

I was in Ross on 9-12 at approximately 3: 30. I recognized sign on door stating " mask required" but I also noticed couple talking to person at door female with mask in hand male no mask. We asked door keeper why. She said they stated there is a medical condition. Sign did not say anything about exceptions. Is this legal in the City of Surprise? My take on things is if there is a medical condition and you can't wear a mask is you should be staying at home. I am also looking to send a complaint to the City of Surprise.

This Ross has closed dressing rooms right now and the check out line is different from other Ross's. I did find a couple shirts. I'd rather go to a different Ross than this one in Surprise.

Not the best shopping experience. Very messy and long lines. Most of the store is picked over, even first thing in the morning.

I usually love Ross, but right now this store doesn't have much at all. I'd say a good 50-60% of the inventory is gone. Shelves are bare & most of what's left is the bottom.of the barrel stuff. Very disappointed.

Trying to restock the store. It has been so sad to see these stores with not even enough stock to cover half the shelves. Glad to see them coming back!

Not me! I don't shop there! 45 minute wait to get checked out by one working cashier! No thanks!

I walked over and bought some great sheets for a fantastic price here recently to fit a guest rollaway bed, hand soap and bath towels for the 5 family members that are coming to stay. I'm glad this is in my neighborhood.

I love Ross! They have a good selection of toys, clothes, kitchen stuff, shoes, purses, pet stuff and they are at amazing prices, especially if they are on clearance!

Great variety of items at reasonable prices, very pleased with shopping experience. Friendly staff.

We go to Ross a lot. My wife loves it for clothes and my 5 year old like the toy section. I liked browsing the home goods section but it seems like lately there hasn't been as much fun stuff in that area. I've skimmed thru the "men's" clothes section a few times but never found anything I'd ever wear. Usually I don't bother. My fashion sense, (or lack there of), seems to lean a little more to the masculine side of the spectrum when it comes to "men's" clothes.

I love Ross. Their prices are great. Don't always find something but when I do I find great deals. Home decor and clothing.

Decent selection. Not all employees were knowledgeable in their areas, but that could be because they were recent hires. The woman that greeted at the door was very polite and welcoming. All in all I enjoyed my experience and will be back again.

I love Ross! Overall great quality merchandise. This rating is based off my last visit last Sunday night. Place was a disaster! So unorganized and poor selection. It looked like a tornado passed through to say the least. Hoping it will be up to par next time.

If only they would fold the clothes instead of balling them up as if they are trash. I took one dress from the cashier and told her that I needed my clothes folded and she then handed the rest to me as if I get a paycheck from Ross.
Since living in AZ 2 years and going no less than 4 times a month I've only had ONE person fold my clothes.
TRAIN YOUR CASHIERS to treat the clothing they sell as precious cargo instead of trash being throw away!

Ross is a good place to shop. But this store is dirty. The employees are rude. When you try on clothes you are treated like you are going to steal. I personally won't try on anything after being treated so badly. Plus there is no order or organization there.

I like shopping at Ross, if I am not short on time. It takes a little longer to find those treasures, but it seems to always be worth the extra effort. I love the prices, and usually the quality is good. The only thing that I would say is not great would be that you have to really check out the items before you buy. Sometimes there are defects.

It's a good store, you have to have time to look through all the racks before you find something you like
