Ross Dress for Less, Glendale AZ

Workers are super rude, I had an incident were I wanted to exchange a dress I had the ticket and tags and they wouldn't. When I asked to speak to a Manager the cashier said she didn't know were she was at. I asked the security if they had a Manager and he also said I don't know we don't have a manager. I tried to be nice but their service was just horrible.

Usually a good doing experience. However today the racks are rather thin with not much choices. Hopefully they restock soon.

I had went to purchase a Christmas gift on Christmas Eve. Due to me being in a rush around 5pm on that day. I did not have time to check. Which I should of.but why should I if the colognes/perfumes come in a huge security box. That let’s me knowing it’s secured and checked. Not only was it embarrassing for me but how embarrassing it is for them to sell cologne/perfume products with nothing in the bottle.they said they had checked it before they have it out on the floor. I call bs. I only am saying something cause I’m never in this Predicament and had to say something because it is true on me purchasing this cologne EMPTY. Moral of it all. Even though the perfumes/colognes are in a security box, make sure that the bottle is FULL. Puts a bad name for this company, and for that I’am never shopping at ROSS!

Ross is going downhill.harder and harder to find good deals! But once in a while can find something.

I found some delicious pieces for my room, you can never go wrong at Ross, no matter the weather, it's my go to place.

I am not a fan of hanging up clothes to try them on and hanging u clothes after trying to them on. The floor is quite dirty. The staff is not friendly. Waiting in line to check out for 40 minutes was terrible. I'll pass on Ross next time.

This Ross has a wide selection of clothes and accessories for everyone. I went in needing a swimsuit for my kid and found a backpack and goggles too for less than what I would have paid for just the suit alone at a retail store. Sometimes you can't find exactly what you're looking for, but when I need some new clothes Ross is always the first place I go.

Very friendly and professional workers. However, store is very disorganized. Shoe sizes were not in proper place and made my shopping experience very frustrating.

Always good stuff at great prices. I find things I live like Betsy Johnson and even great home products.

Ross used to be a fun place to shop but now prices are no better than other similar stores. Not special at all.

The clothing is fine, but the lady in charge of the fighting rooms is RUDE! I put my items down on an empty cart and she yelled at me to move them. I told her I was trying to figure out what I was going to try on, but she frazzled me and made me want to put down my items and leave. I instead tried on a couple of things and when I came back out she was right on me like I was a thief. I won't be back

Ross.dress for less. Good luck finding anything! This type of organizational skills belongs more to yard sales than actual retail stores.

They never carry things in my sizes. Every now and then I'm presently surprised, but generally I am disappointed.

The store was very busy, however, the cashiers were great and diminished the line very quickly.

No liner in any of the three stalls they had nor soap in the ladies restroom so how are your employees supposed to wash their hands before they return to work after using the restroom? I asked the person outside the restroom why there was no soap dispenser in the ladies and he said he didn't know he couldn't tell me he was just filling in that this was not his store yet he works for ross stores.the rest of the store was clean yet empty not much variety.

Thus was the best ross yet in the few i e vistited which all are within a short distance of each other. Store clean. Employees nice. Lits of studf to buy! The other nearby stores r empty.a mess.this is a good one.
