Ross Dress for Less, Phoenix AZ

Not sure why I gave this place 5 stars once. I know it's Maryvale and all that but prior COVID-19 I was sober if I didn't look like it and asked to use the restroom. I was with my friend and she is a consummate and loyal Ross girl; she was shopping. The response I was given: We don't have bathrooms for the public. But I'm not the public, I'm a customer. Sin excepciones aparentemente

Sale sale sale. Due to COVID19 it appears the prices have lowered to make room for newer inventory.

Disappointed. I have been to 4 different stores and shelves and racks have practically bare. I usually spend $100 or more 2-3 times a month and I have spent less than $20

Just as bare as the others I've visited! I do like that, unlike Walmart, they are allowing returns so you dont have to accumulate things you purchased that didnt work out for you and get your money back or a different selection. I have so many things sitting in a bag in my closet to return to Walmart and they're not taking certain things for refund or exchange until SIX WEEKS AFTER the Covid all clear!

Love the store. Every time I go to Ross I always buy something. I like there blouses shoes purses and my dogs bowl and dog toys

The selection of shoes is so low. I was looking for closed toe shoes, flat can't find any in size 8.5.
Or cloth that are plus size to go out. Selection is not good.

I been to other locations and selection ar way better there. More options for my size. And shoe rack are full to select from.

Bad service, the store only has 2 cashier on weekends, and the line are to long, people decide leave without purchase to make the line of 28 minutes, management needs to improve best service in the store to about this lines in the store. More cashier.

Great prices but the lines to checkout where 40 mins long min. No exaggeration! Other Ross locations maybe better. Idk

I didn't expect to find it so junky.clothing on the floors! It was busy and only 2 registers were open and they were doing returns and regular check outs on only those 2 registers! If I was new customer and first experience and didn't know where things were, I would have walked out. Not a good experience!

Its like any other Ross, the service is fairly quick it could be a little more organized but besides that, they always have variety name brand products for a reasonable price.

You can find a few deals but the line is always so long. I usually try to go in the morning, otherwise I'll go look but I won't buy nothing until the A. M.

If you go early enough you get to get out faster and all the little children are not running around like they're crazy
