To bad that minus stars are not available for service, especially person tending the bar.
After arriving to clean, set up table, with paid bill and a $10 tip on the far corner I waved several times to get a waitress or anyone’s attention, with no success. So, I decided to just wait. Must admit that after one hour and eighteen minutes I politely placed one chair on the table. Next minute, waitress arrived. I nicely asked her to tell me when the bill was printed; it was printed over two hours ago. I said that I been at this table for almost hour and a half with no service. I told her that even that she was previous customer who paid my bill, someone still should check on me. At that time, lady tending the bar arrived and decide to “protect her employee”. She acted like she was in charge. I explained situation, and asked how many waitresses are working now. She took it as a challenge, and told me “IF YOU DO NOT LIKE IT HERE – LEAVE! ” That when I realized that I am not in conc camp, not even the prison, and that I can leave any time I want. Thanks, I am a wiser man now. Superior customer relations skills.
Mr. & Mrs. Sullivan are nice looks the only requirement for your employees?
Waitress was nice and polite, not very skilled (single customer in the section waiting 1hr 20 minutes, instead of double JW black I got one, tobacco never arrived with my food…). If she is new I hope that she will learn.

Good Service. Nice bar loads of tvs playing a good variety of games. Food was good. Mugs are served frosty.

The Shepard's Pie here is amazing. They have a bit of pork in addition to the beef that adds just enough of that greasy goodness to make you feel guilty about eating it. Not guilty enough to stop yourself though. 10 out of 10 would highly recommend.

The whole staff is outstanding, friendly. Managers too; great place to watch sports while enjoying their tasty food. Their homemade chili is the best!

Amazing service! We haven’t had service like this in a long time. So appreciate it on my hubby’s 60th.

These are my stomping grounds! Sean, Matt, Rachel, Dee, and the manager Cody always give us the best service. Beautiful sunsets, twinkle lights, misters, and new patio furniture are just some of the amenities that create ambiance. Dog friendly-honestly everyone friendly-they have great customer service! Ordered thru Grub Hub today. Delivery was great. Food not so much, Shepards Pie was skimpy on mashed potatoes, no cheese on top and potatoes not browned as Shepards Pie normally is. Won't be ordering this again. My small salad did Not come with any ranch dressing either. Asked for it on the side. Looking to eat at 9pm and no dressing in house: (, a waste of $6.00.is the kitchen not checking our online order requests. So disappointed, as I love this place.

We came in a friday for trivia, which was decent. Service was great, but our server informed us they were out of CO2? Like, go to the store and get soda. It's a friday night, and you can't make a vodka soda or a jack and coke? Weird. Food was just bar food but was good.

Pleasant atmosphere with decent food. A great location with a large outdoor seating area. Solid bar. You'll get what you expect from this type of restaurant. Service is hit or miss, to be honest, depending on the server, but for the most part it's good. Dee and Lexi are good servers. Fish Friday is an option. Burgers on Thursday. Friendly staff.

There aren't many places where you can play some volleyball and get served by a great restaurant at the same time.

R. T O'Sullivan's is a mixed restaurant bar and sporty place that has a pair of volleyball courts, where you can get a few games in while being served delicious food and drinks by the waitstaff at the same time. Situated next to a scerene park, you can enjoy a cold beer and snack and watch others play volleyball as the sky gives you one of it's famous Arizona sunsets!

You definitely don't need to feel as guilty eating a few sliders when you are getting in a few games in on a warm evening!

Very disappointing – I was hoping for some decent food and ordered the fish and chips and a Guinness. Guinness was good but I was given batter and chips. Where is the fish? It was like a few pieces of a worm, if anything… yes I know in the US the fish and chips usually comes as fish fingers (fish sticks), but I usually get at least some piece of fish inside the batter – not here… just a tiny spelk of fish and tones of batter… absolute rubbish.

Ordered the Classic Ruben. Got the Corned Beef but because we were starving after remodeling we didn't notice there was no thousand island or Sauerkraut on it. We called our server over and she said she saw it being made. NOT. I asked for the manager and told him. He took WOW the whole $. 50 off our bill. So will not being coming back. Oh btw, the onion rings are not worth the extra charge!

Today is Derby Day & the food was great, the server was awesome! But the guy with white hair & glasses, wearing a Santa Anita shirt was apparently from another planet…he told me, when I started my bet with Churchill Downs track, that that WAS not the same as the Kentucky Derby…. What? Then my horse scratched, went to the same guys window & he said Nope…. Had to get the folks in line behind me to help point to the tv screen, showing my scratched horse! Lastly, it really was ruining our buzz due to the long line to make a bet. We ended up going elsewhere. Sad!

This place was hopping for the Kentucky Derby, but service was quick, and I had the best Patty Melt ever!
