2 I started to take my first two children with him because he was recommended by close family. The wait time in the waiting area and in the room to get seen by him are always too long, for the little attention he has always givien us.
Last week, i had made two appointments for my kids they were supposed to be seen at the same time, we waited 1 hour in the waiting area for the front desk lady to tell us that he was still 1 more hour behind! So we decided to reschedule for today Monday the 4th, at 8: 30am and we got there 5 min prior, got checked in and sat in the waiting area, then after 30 min i ask, how much longer to get sent back, and i was told he still hasn't even arrived to the clinic that i could wait more or reschedule again! So i just decided to cancel the appointment (and i will be looking for a new doctor for my kids) and when i was walking out of the clinic, there is was walking in such a slow pace and on his phone (swiping threw it) not caring being over half hour late and having patients waiting. Because if i made time to wake up early and get my kids ready to make it on time to the appointment he could've also! HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL
I really like the staff here. I have been going to Dr. Espinoza for over 15 years. He has taken great care of all my kids. Thank you for you do.
