5New patient they accept my insurance and I trying to schedule an appointment but you can’t endless your find the new patient form somewhere online? No link, nothing. Just find it somewhere online. They won’t help you at all. Seems like they don’t want new patients
I appreciate the personal attention I get from Dr. Rubin-Toles. Our visits are never rushed. Any time I have been sick, she provides helpful education on any over the counter comfort in addition to any prescription I may need.
I was recommended this doctor by a clerk at my eye doctor's office. I called they told me come and fill out paperwork. I did and instead of telling then and there the doctor isn't accepting UnitedHealth care PPO patients, the office told me the doctor will review your paperwork and you will get a call in the morning. Waste of my time and energy, she's not taking Medicare patients I was told. My insurance company is UnitedHealthcare, Medicare doesn't pay my doctors visits. Lame excuse for not taking me, so glad I'm not ever going to be her patient. She doesn't deserve to treat me.
Only been seeing her for 1 month but she has been very thorough. Yes I am have several test, but since I haven't seen a doctor in over 3 years and I am "older" probably a good idea. I feel that she does listen to your concerns, and takes the time necessary. I am hopefully I have found my new family doctor.
Dr. Rubin-Toles has been a wonderful provider for my daughter and I for over 13 years now. She has been exceptional and provides thorough and compassionate care.
