Mr. Rudolph reupholstered 4 chairs that came from my grandmother’s 1950s kitchen set. He did a wonderful job, and completed them in a timely manner. I enjoyed visiting with him, he is extremely knowledgeable about his work. Thanks again!

Richard and his wife Mary did an outstanding job replacing the upholstery on my Jackknife sofa in our coach. I was super impressed that Mary jumped in to help remove and then reinstall the sofa. I had just had surgery on my hands a week prior and wasn't able to help much with the removal.
Great folks to deal with and very reasonable cost for re-upholstery versus new. Everything matched perfectly.

Richard at Rudolph’s Upholstery modified and recovered the touring seat for my Harley Davidson Road king. I am a tall guy and needed a little my leg room on my bike. I looked at buying a new seat but wasn’t sure what to buy and if it would meet my needs. Richard modified my existing seat to match my exact need then recovered it with high quality material (better than the original which had torn). He did the job on time and for the price quoted. Very happy with how the seat turned out.

I can't express how good the quality, service, and custom tailoring to your needs is! If you need upholstery I wouldn't go anywhere else. Even if it's a bit of a drive.

We needed to replace two zippers on a part for an old Air Force T-28 trainer aircraft; a relatively small job yet beyond my pay grade. Richard was quick to get on it and did a beautiful job at a fair price. Thanks dude!

Richard ran out of leather for one of the aircraft seats, so he just used vinyl which was a slightly different color. He didn't bother telling me, even when I was at the shop to pick the seats up. He also failed to replace the rear bulkhead support with new material, so he left two large speaker holes. The material would have cost him $35 at home depot for the polywall, but instead I have two holes under the new upholstery. He could have been up front & honest and let me know but instead he chose to hide the deficiencies. I would not use him on any project again, especially a $9000 aircraft interior.

Rebuttal: If you had called and explained that you ran out of leather, then maybe I wouldn't have left this review but to discover a seat with vinyl backing was a bit disappointing. My appreciation came on the form of $9000.let's not pretend you did this as a favor. Professionals don't make excuses they work to make customers happy. Yes, you do good work but do you really think that I am at fault because you tried to slip vinyl by in place of leather. Your ego has to pretty big to blame a customer.

Finally, it is a shame to confirm your inability to accept criticism or be truthful but your comments about my othervreviews is childlike. I have given plenty of 5 star reviews to deserving businesses. I am honest and give high praise when it is deserved otherwise reviews are meaningless. Better be thought a fool or liar than to speak and remove all doubt.

Had my husband's truck seat recovered has a surprise for his Birthday and he was extremely happy with the results. Richard did an awesome job and the quality of his work was amazing.

Richard took great care in creating covers for our couch and chair in our Gameroom. We didn't feel like furniture shopping since we just moved and really liked the furniture, just not the fabric. So I went and searched out and purchased the exact fabric we wanted, measured, and ordered myself. The covers turned out great and they both look like new purchases. Richard even came to our home since the couch was really heavy and upstairs. It only took 2 trips for him to finish and all in about 2-3 days. Highly recommend.
