Rules of the Road Traffic Survival School, Phoenix AZ

Good experience for what I was required to do. Even though I had the address, some clearer signage off main road would have helped, as well as on the front door. I arrived as instructed, 1/2 hr.before class was to start, and only two of us for the class were there. Told by instructor that class would not start until 8: 30, had almost an hour wait. Finally the rest of the class arrived. Instructor was very patient and informative, and she did a very good job guiding us through the booklet and adding her own commentary. I don't think I will ever try and beat a red light by driving through a yellow, ever again. Do not want to ever have to repeat all of the paperwork, fines, and class time required.

Felix was great. He added real-life stories and humor to lead the class. It was entertaining to learn in his class.

No one wants to go to Traffic School, but if you have to go, this is the place. This was without question a 5 star experience, and honestly probably the best customer service experience I've had in years from any business. Felix is wonderful. He walked me through the process of getting a waiver to complete the class virtually. I had an issue with ADOT that messed up my registration the day before class was supposed to start and it caused a lot of stress. While the issue had nothing to do with Felix or Rules of the Road, I got a tremendous amount of help navigating this and would not have been able to get this done on time had I not had Felix's help. The team is very responsive by phone and text and is VERY friendly and compassionate, something that matters a lot when you're under a lot of stress. Fatima, the TSS instructor, was awesome too. She is friendly & professional, provided good information, and definitely did what she could to make the class feel a little more fun. I hope I never find myself in this position again, but if I do, going to Rules of the Road is a no brainer.

Traffic school! Who really wants to go?

It wasn’t as bad as I thought. Gabin and Felix made our dreary day very entertaining. I recommend this class to anyone who needs to complete course.

I highly recommend that if you ever have to traffic survival school that this is the place to be. My instructor Felix was amazing and made the experience extremely beneficial and enjoyable. If you ever have any issues this is the man to see.

Fatima was engaging, helpful, kind, knowledgable, and lighthearted. She runs an excellent class, especially knowing that not everyone looks forward to this sort of thing, she made it a great experience.

Hands down, I gotta say fun and exceptional traffic surviving school. Instructors Felix and G are unbelievable great instructors. Thank you. Walked away knowing more about being aware and cautious of how you drive on the road. Especially considerate towards other drivers as well. Once again thank you guys!

I highly recommend this place! I was dreading going to traffic school and Felix actually made it enjoyable. I learned so much and was able to bring what I learned home to my teenager. Felix is passionate with what he does, professional, kind, and extremely knowledgeable! 5 stars!

Felix's Traffic Survival School course was useful and interesting. The day goes by quickly! Highly recommend for anyone who needs TSS.

Best TSS class you can pick. Felix was extremely informative for all your questions/issues that ADOT/lawyers wont answer.

Oh my goodness RulesoftheRoadz (and especially Felix!) was an absolute godsend during a really difficult time in my life. I am also living out of state so the complications are exponential. Felix has been my savior, always available to answer my questions and giving me the best services above and beyond any lawyer could provide. There are way more classes offered at RulesoftheRoadz and way more flexibility than any other TSS I found. And the class itself was informative, funny and gave really helpful tips. This was a very positive experience. Felix was a great instructor. He did not look down on us, or do or say anything to make us feel bad. I learned many things I did not know. I would recommend this class, to anyone, who finds themselves in the need of having to take this class
