3In the optical department, I had Justin adjust my glasses for me. They are silhouettes and they don’t adjust easily. He did an outstanding job. It’s the best adjustment I have ever had.
I’ve not been seen by Dr. Rummel before. But I became concerned about something new I noticed with my vision. They squeezed me into their schedule same day. This was a very pleasant surprise to me because I had called my primary care doctor previously for a separate urgent issue and they couldn’t take me.
I really felt they my well being was utmost in their concern. They worked on getting me a prompt appointment in Phoenix with a Retina specialist. Thankfully, all is well.
The good news is I have a great eye doctor in Dr. Rummel and Dr. Rummel, and not to mention their other brother, Dr. Rummel.
Great staff very accommodating and helpful I am in an electronic wheelchair and had a pleasant experience would highly recommend this company I have brain damage and they were so helpful
