Had a great experience!
Went in to have a pair of sunglasses exchanged because of manufacturer issues. I was helped by Shelly, who didn’t hesitate to resolve our issue and get us a new pair! It’s refreshing to know Flagstaff has stores like Run Flagstaff, who truly value their customers.

Run Flagstaff is a great local running store! At my first visit they helped me find the perfect running shoe for me by assessing my feet and taking into account my goals. These shoes have taken me to several races now where I have done very well. Run Flagstaff helps me order this shoe when a pair is burned up and I really appreciate that! Highly recommend if you are looking for high quality running shoes!

I always get treated very well by the staff having bought multiple pairs of running shoes over the past ten years from Run Flagstaff. The majority of the staff are seasoned runners and really know their stuff. In my opinion, it’s better to support small businesses versus buying from major outlet stores. The money spent at Run Flagstaff goes back into the community.

Needed gore Tex hiking/trail shoes for winter months. Staff was able to recommend ones similar fit to my regular ones. Available in my size too.

As always, I had my questions answered and then had my new running shoes ordered. Received a call in a few days that they were in. Perfect!

The store rep was very thorough and knowledgable, was able to answer all the questions I had and served me well. Top of that, very accommodating! I’m Deaf and he was willing to communicate with me via notes on our smartphones.

I wear an odd size and am used to having to order and wait. I was surprised and giddy that not only did Run Flagstaff have my size, but I had a choice of colors. With a warehouse right behind the store, they seem to be able to carry a lot more inventory than most stores.

The knowledgeable staff keeps me coming back! They make shopping for new shoes easy. When I mentioned preferring a different color for a pair, the staff member discovered they had a pair in a different color in storage and went to grab it. Would have bought the first pair no problem but really love the second one. Love this place!

Always helpful and knowledgeable. They have helped my daughter with running shoes for cross country many times and she’s always been pleased with the recommendations.

Finally found a shoe that gives my weird feet enough room to fit! Didn't spend longer than 20 minutes here and they got me situated.
