Rebecca was Wonderful! Very Pleasant and Clean Atmosphere. Quality Service and Good Pricing. My experience was Amazing here! She made me feel Beautiful, Confident and brought my smile back! I Definitely Recommend! I had gotten an unfortunate haircut from another establishment and Rebecca spent the time fixing every detail until it looked perfect! She’s definitely a Skilled Beautician!

Rebeca is the ninth hairdresser I’ve been to since I moved to Phoenix a few years ago. Ninth. Really. I can finally stop looking. She is head-and-shoulders above any other hairdresser I’ve visited here in the quality of her work. When she cuts my hair, I know that I won’t have any “bad hair days”. Quite simply, Rebeca is very talented. She’s earned my trust. I’m grateful I found Rebeca and I plan to be a long-term client.

I started seeing Rebeca several years ago and she has been cutting and coloring my hair to perfection ever since. The salon is a classy, clean, and relaxed environment with convenient scheduling and payment options. I highly recommend Rebeca/Ruris to anyone who wants fabulous hair and a fun experience!

Found Rebecca 10 years ago after contacting INOAR (Brazilian Blowout) to find out who used their product. They gave me her contact info and the rest is history-I see her every 10-12 weeks and have never had to deal with wavy, frizzing, crazy curl hair ever again. She knows what she is doing, how to use the product and it straightens perfectly every time. Rebecca is fun to be around, talented in her craft and doesn’t overbook so her time is totally dedicated to you.

I’m extremely disappointed in the customer service by the owner Rebecca. I came in and asked for the picture listed below of a honey balayage. This is what my hair looked like leaving her salon. I was very upset when I got home and felt really insecure about the coloring on my hair because it is nowhere close to what I asked for and frankly done horribly even if I did ask for ashy highlights like she gave me. I reached out to her and respectfully asked for a refund because I got something completely different than I asked for and she refused to give me a refund. I’m now going somewhere else to have my hair fixed while she keeps my money and left me extremely uncomfortable and upset. Very sad.

I have been going to Rebecca of Ruri’s salon for about 6 years. Rebecca is always very exceptional with the services she provides. She is very accommodating and very reasonable in all her pricing. She is always happy to make any adjustments to the style within a week of a haircut. I have always left Ruri’s feeling beautiful and stylish. It is a no nonsense salon but is a hidden gem in my opinion. Now my13 and 16 years olds also get their hair cut by Rebecca and love it. Highly recommend to anyone who wants to get big bang for their buck.

I have been getting my hair cut by Rebeca for more than 20 years now. I am 100% sure she is the best person to handle ALL your hair needs. She does amazing work and her prices are very fair. She takes care of everyone from kids to older adults and they all leave looking great. On top of that she literally is one of the best people I know. She's a good person that does great work. Go see her if you want to have a great experience & leave with your hair looking the best~!

Rebeca did a lovely job with some blonde balayage/highlights recently! Extremely reasonably priced compared to where I've had this done in the past and very efficient. Highly recommend her!

Rebeca is the best hairdresser you could ask for! My mum is a hairdresser (an excellent one) and no one ever touched my hair in 25 years other than her, and I was very scared to go to someone else after moving to Phoenix. Rebeca exceeded all of my expectations! I have very specific requests about my haircut and a highlights and she goes above and beyond to make her customer happy! I couldn't recommend her enough! My mum (the hairdresser) gives me so much compliments on my hair:)
She cuts my hair so well that I don't have to do anything after washing, and it still looks perfect. Not a lot of hairdressers can do that.
