Salesmen were nice and very informative, Mike and my grandfather cracked a few jokes. However the lady in the front office was slightly rude and made my grandparents feel unwelcome, she smelled highly of a fresh cigarette which over took the small front office. I do not know what their target demographics are but their receptionist with her Eccentric make up and attitude will not do well for them. Luckily they have other professional staff that countered the negative effect from our very first impression.

It is what it is. It’s like a small dealership. They have some old ones that are reasonable but there is no financing available for those. The new ones start at around 40 thousand which I think way too much for a park model. They do have financing for them with credit but for the price of the down payment you could own one of there nicer used ones. I would not recommend.
