This is by far the worst company to work for. They work their employees 12+ hrs or until the work is done. Their employees have no home life. The management there is a joke. They do no training, no incentives for the employees in the warehouse. The management team does not help out but rather mingle among themselves.
I encourage the owners of SP RICHARDS to look into the Arizona management team. A guy name Rick the us especially useless as he only ever come in to talk with the ladies and leave.
Please reevaluate your company’s management team before you loss hard working employees that actually keeps the place going.
Warning! If you work for a temp agency like People Ready don't accept jobs from GPC Flexforce you will only get 2 hours of work. Not worth the gas money.
