Dr. Arias is very thorough and knowledgeable. She found some issue to my teeth that my previous doctors never even noticed.
The hygienist Merlisa is truly amazing, friendly and care about patients’ teeth. She not only does excellent job on cleaning but also providing very good home care information.
The office manager and front office staff are very patient and helpful.

Dr. Lenny Arias is a consummate professional. Her staff members are very kind and professional! The office is very modern and extremely clean.

The entire staff from Reception, Dental Technicians, Dentists, and closeout provide nothing short of a sterling experience. The practices, procedures and equipment used are nothing short of state of the art which helps to make the entire experience pleasant and stress free.

I had the pleasure of having Melissa one of the Dental Hygiennist for a professional cleaning today! She was very thorough and gentle.

Melissa is an excellent hygienist, very gentle and thorough. The entire practice is great and their dental care is state of the art.

I had gone to another dentist that ruined a couple of my teeth. The third tooth that I had an issue with, I was told I needed a root canal. I, finally, went to Dr Arias who is fixing all three of my teeth…no root canal needed! She was very kind and caring as was her staff! The office is serene and makes you feel at ease from the moment you step inside.

I would highly recommend Dr Arias for all your dental needs!

Honestly I have lived in Tucson for 6 1/2 years and have had the worst luck with awful dentists! Finally have found a very nice practice with wonderful staff and dentist! Thorough, personable and a caring empathetic dentist with excellent chair side manner.

I just spoke with one of the front desk associates and was extremely frustrated. Reception serves as the face of a business and is the first point of contact. She did not know if she accepted my plan and urged me to do the footwork instead of checking my plan eligibility, and was quick to disconnect my call. I had to ask her to wait just a moment while I looked on the app, took about 10 seconds. Customer service fail numero uno.

Secondarily, there was no active listening or real engagement utilized during this call. I expressed that I have a limited schedule, and do not want to use my PTO for multiple appointments. I am not in my 20s and have to use time to see medical specialists. Instead of advising me of availability the way I asked multiple times I was given long drawn out explanations. Does she work for a celebrity or a dentist? How about addressing a new patient’s concerns instead of gasping and responding with a snarky “ok? ”, when they seem to be frustrated with the manner in which you are disseminating information about your employer? Especially when they are trying to gauge whether or not the practice is a good fit. When I asked about morning availability, I was met with the shortest tone. After scheduling the appointment I was given the most disingenuous sign off and the phone slammed in my ear. This was a frustrating experience. I was referred to this practice by someone. Perhaps they prefer to have clientele that don’t work regular hours and pay out of pocket. Either way my customer service experience was abysmal.

It's been two and a half years since I started going to Sabino Dental and it is a wonderful dentist.
I’m so happy to found the best dentist in Tucson.
All cleanings and treatments are performed carefully and promptly.
Dr. Arias explains and performs treatments with respect for the patient. All the staff, including the dental hygienist and front desk treated me with great care.

The office staff is friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Dr Arias has a wealth of experience with cosmetic dentistry. I highly recommend this practice if you are looking for a new dentist for yourself or your family.

I am extremely nervous about going to a dentist and hadnt been to one in several years. I was up front about my trepidations and while there, my blood pressure proved that this is a difficult experience for me. The doctor and staff treated me with respect and understood my fears were physically real for me. A plan was developed with my input to address the many issues I have. All parts of the plan including anti anxiety meds and early day appointments were discussed and awaited my approval. I have never had such a positive experience with a dentist. I will be reviewing again after each visit to make sure nothing changes. Thank you Dr. Arias!

Second visit complete and the 5 star review remains in place. It is important to understand that I am extremely sensitive when it comes to dentistry so what most of you would consider a 5 star, I would have as a 2-3 star. This entire operation from reception to dentist and all stops in between are all TRUE 5 STAR worthy.

Each visit gets easier, this rating has never been in jeopardy for 1 second.
