Saddle Mountain Brewing Company reviews
151st time here. Celebrating my sister's birthday. Everything was amazing! Staff was awesome! Food was excellent! Definitely recommend the Irish egg rolls. Craft beer is also great! Thank you for a great time!
Super disappointing. Waitress took our drink order but never made a point to get our food order. The long island iced tea was disgusting, never even drank it. Waste of 14 dollars. We got up and went elsewhere.
Vanessa was an amazing server with the most upbeat personality and her knowledge of the saddle mountain brewing company menu and food was on point.her pointers were spot on.will go back here Nd request her as the server.cheers to you Vanessa.you rock and made our first visit amazing.see you soon.just some local honest customers
Super disappointing. Ordered the shepards pie for 16 dollars and it was litterly 5 spoonfuls of food. It was blah and unfilling. The server was attentive but gave no advice. If the food is gonna be super small and a big guy orders it. Give them a warning. "Hey that is a smaller dish, you might want to order a side of fries" That is a nice way to try to up sell and notify the customer that the dish wont fill them. Other then that the other people at my table said their meals were just ok. Beer was very good but i was there to eat.
Always amazing atmosphere, service and of course drinks! I only wish this was a bigger, stand alone place that more people could enjoy!
Enjoyed the hazy and sour beers. Bison burger was tasty as was the Rachel. Great vibes here.
They have their ceiling fans on full blast which created a very cold drafty environment for December. Not only was our entire table cold but our food was made cold very quickly as a result. We asked 4 times for the fan above us to be turned off and while it was initially turned off, it would be quickly turned on again within minutes. We will not be returning as it is not an enjoyable environment.
We visited for the first time 10/30 we enjoyed our service. Food was good. We had the Reuben and Bison burger. I wouldn’t recommend kids as we witnessed a few folks who had too much to drink.
Didn’t even stay. Had to wait five minutes for anybody to talk to me, and then they told me they were out of this beer and that beer and that beer…
The service was great. My husband had the fish and chips with loaded fries and coleslaw. He was happy with everything but the slaw which he said was bland.
I ordered the brewer's board. The toast was hard and dry. My carrots had mushy, slimy spots and should have been thrown out yesterday. The cheese had mold spots. All I ate was the fig jelly, peppers, a few olives and the prosciutto. It was really disappointing because I've had it there before and I was looking forward to it.
Great experience! Never got his name but our server was excellent! Very good customer service and enjoyed our chat about travel with him. Food and drinks were awesome too.
Service was friendly but incredibly slow. The big loser here is the pricing. $18 for a standard cheeseburger is laughable, and that is one of the more affordable sandwiches they offer. Whoever is setting the prices is clearly out of touch with the community, or otherwise mistook Goodyear for Scottsdale.
The vibe and the service are great but it got so overpriced! More than $20 for a burger… we will visit less often. Bummer
Food and atmosphere great. Staff very knowledgeable and friendly I will be telling friends and if you're a beer drinker a great selection of beer.
Went in for a happy hour one afternoon and was greeted nicely at the door. A couple open tables and we were seated. Waited about 10 minutes before server came over to ask if we wanted to get drinks started. We ordered a round and waited a bit for them to return. The server asked if we wanted to get any food going, we said just a bit more time, in about 2 minutes came back and asked again. With a lot of options on the menu still needed a bit more time. Then waited 15 minutes before she came back. I ordered nachos as an app and a burger. I told her to wait putting in the burger so I can finish my nachos. The burger came out probably about 4 minutes after my nachos. So no I have two items sitting here. Burger and all the topping was bland and had no flavor whatsoever. She saw I only had 2 bites and if I wanted a box. I declined and told her I didn’t like it. For $20 for a burger it better knock my socks off. She took it off the bill which was nice and the right thing to do. But unfortunately I will not be back here, sadly.
