My husband & I wanted to ensure our possessions and financial savings were in good hands at the end if our life. It was easy, the team in place were fantastic and knowledgeable in every aspect of estate planning. The cost was minimal - and we now have complete peace of mind. They say "Death is part of Life", but what's important to both of us is knowing - with no reservations - is that the State we live in can NOT take our possessions. My wife and I just completed our Trust with Safeguard Estate and Financial. From the Seminar Presenter, their Staff, meeting with the Attorney and finishing with the Senior Planning Consultant, Everyone was Professional and just a joy to deal with.

The seminar presentation outlined the process and they did not disappoint as it went just as they stated. They all made you feel completely at ease in completing a task that can be daunting. The final process was picking up your Trust when it was completed and the Senior Planning Consultant walks you through the entire trust front to back and answered all your questions no matter how large or small. They also ensure that your family has the ability to process this when it is time as they are there for them to contact and they will walk them through the entire process.
This is something I had put off for sometime and if I had known about Safeguard I would have done it a long time ago.

The entire process from the initial consult to my personalized Living Trust was thoughtfully well-organized. In his PowerPoint presentation, Jeff Sykes of Safeguard Estate and Financial, did a wonderful job explaining the benefits of a Revocable Living Trust and made an appointment for me to meet with attorney Mark Hall. Mr. Hall, who is not affiliated with Safeguard was retained to provide legal services regarding the review and implementation of my estate plan. He answered and addressed any questions I had, and guided me on next steps. Finally, Derek Mills of Safeguard Estate and Financial provided me with a snazzy three-ringed binder containing every conceivable necessary document for my personal Living Trust. He spent as much time as I needed to go over each document neatly organized behind labeled divider tabs in the binder. These included the Living Trust, Certificate of Trust, Pour Over Will, Durable Power of Attorney, Living Will, Funded Assets, Home/Auto, and Funding Instructions. Without reservation, I highly recommend Safeguard Estate and Financial to create your Revocable Living Trust.

When we received an invitation to attend an informational meeting to discuss “Living Trust” my immediate response was we had Wills we don’t need a Trust. I placed the invitation in the recycle bin. After thinking about it I decided to do some research online to see what the difference was between a Will and a Living Trust. After about an hour, I retrieved the invitation from the recycle bin and called to reserve two seats at the upcoming meeting. I could not have made a better decision.

The meeting was hosted by SafeGuard Estate and Financial the presentation was made by Robert “Bobby” Levin. “Bobby’s explanation of the advantages of a Living Trust over a Will were made extremely clear to all in attendance. He answered all questions in plain English. I of course had in the back of my mind, what is this going to cost, $2,500, $5,000? When “Bobby” gave us the bottom line I could not believe the great price being offered. When asked if I had any questions, I said I have only one, “Who do we make the check out to? ”

We set up an appointment to meet in the office of Mark E. Hall, PC Attorney at Law, to discuss how we wanted our estate to be distributed amongst our beneficiaries. Once again this was handled with a great degree of clarity and professionalism.

Our final meeting was with Thomas Myers, Senior Planning Consultant.
Thomas explained each part of the “Trust” to include advising our successor trustees of their responsibilities. We were provided a number of documents to include those necessary to give to our bank for the existence of the Family Trust and the identity of our successors.

It was a pleasure to deal with the professionals at Safeguard Estate and Financial advisors. They provided us with financial peace of mind, I strongly recommend their service.
