Safelite AutoGlass, Mesa AZ

So far so good. Insurance company said it would take 3-4 hours.they did it in 1! I honestly couldn't believe it. My windshield is still in place so that's good. They're super friendly, professional, and quick. And they work in unreal conditions outdoors. God bless these men A+

Unable to make an appointment/get a quote/talk to a person by phone. Because of this I just went some where else.

Warranty issues. Mold broken, wiring not working. Can't get ahold of any live person to discuss issue.

Online only scheduling is not fair if we have quality issues, Its not reasonable to just loose another day of my time without discussing with the install team to ensure they are properly prepared for the next stage

People are staffing your business, you took my money with a happy smile, now honoring your warranty?

We used you specifically because your supposed to be the best.

Had a windshield replacement. Amazing service, excellent customer service. I recommend Safelite Auto glass at this location.

Very nice and understanding. The girls at the front desk were fast and my paperwork ready for me when I arrived. They worked around my schedule.

Thought safelite was the best.was wrong. They forgot to put my tint on my windshield. I have to take the time out of my day now to go down to the shop to have it put on. Went down and, Guess what it needs to be redone because of a ton of little air bubbles that wont go away, also my car had over spray all over the inside. Now im being told will take 3 hours! Should have gone to premier or kings and got some $$. Trash of a company.

Callie replaced my windshield today. I believe she was from the Mckellips/Recker Mesa location. She was timely, professional, courteous and efficient. I appreciated her service. Great job!

If I could rate zero stars I would. My appt was for 9 and at 9: 40 I asked when they were going to start on my vehicle. Then 45 minutes later and they still haven’t put a new windshield in. I asked again and I’m still waiting. 8 people have already gone that came after my appt and 3 of them were full windshield replacements so they can’t use that as an excuse and their shop is full of people doing nothing but standing around. I won’t have them fix my other vehicles

Great service but the wait time to get an appointment was a week and a half. Completely unlike their commercials that suggest that you can get in immediately!

They have to replace my windshield under warranty work because their moldings dont fit well. Installation job looked poor. They changed molding suppliers and have poor results forming it to corner radiud

Seems like I go here a lot. Thanks to the Arizona freeways. They do great, I usually show up early and they fit me in and get me out quickly.

Waited half an hour to find out they are twice the price of local places I suggested you do your homework.

Safelite repaired my windshields many times. Safelite damaged my windshield in my vehicles so I'm not sure if I'll use them again because why pay more for Safelite if they don't do it correctly. I'll pay less to a different company.

Outstanding performance. Outstanding customer service. If I had a chance I would give 10 stars. They went above and beyond to see that my windshield was replaced. I had a rock crack the glass in the middle of the driver line of sight. It was a safety issue.the call center was un able to get me in for 2 weeks.how ever to my suprises the store got me in right away.you hardly ever get this level of service. I would recommend this store to everyone

Slick operation, windshield didn't last two weeks. Read the warranty, sucks. I found glass shop that will replace if broken again for two years. Shop around, you can do better than this.

I stopped in to get a quote. There were two employees sitting behind the counter and neither one acknowledged me during the 3-4 minutes that I stood there. They were not helping any other customers, but were evidently too busy discussing how stressed "Kyle" was to greet me in any fashion. We're all busy and most of us do not have time to encounter poor service like that! I'll take my business elsewhere!

I believe that someone named Kyle (?) came out to repair my windshield. I have no idea what location he’s based out of, but the service was great! I really appreciate that this company travels to you and can arrange to fix your windows while you are at work and don’t have time to come in! I’m always impressed with safelight when I use their services. Thank you to the kind gentleman who came out today!:)
