Great customer service. The lady inside as well as the two technicians that worked on my truck are extremely courteous. My windshield was replaced in a very timely manner and the end result was excellent.

I got about 15 quotes for a new windshield and they were the cheapest. The staff was super friendly and our car was done in less time they told me it would. I'd send all my friends here.

Good customer service and fast replacement! My husband was at work so I was a little bummed to have to wait for the car, but it only took an hour! They are booked out, so make an appointment.

Rude and unprofessional, the sad part is I wasn't even the one who had them out. I was in a truck stop and asked if they could move and of course I was asking the world to stop turning.this happened today 10/11/19 in AZ.

You DO have make an appt. The website says do need but make an appointment. We walked in and had to come back and then it was an hour.

After the technician worked on my windshield, I inspected the work and noticed the windshield cowl cover was broken. I called Safelite Corporate Office immediately and expressed my concern. They took note and I waited for someone to get back to me. However, I never heard from anyone after the initial call (approximately a week). So I went to the shop later and explained the situation with photos as a back up. The receptionist said the manager, which was on vacation, knew what was going on and he’d get back to me. It never happened, so I called the corporate office after waiting two more weeks. They contacted the local flagstaff office and said the manager would get back to me. He eventually called and told me to come in so we could compare photos. As I showed him my photos, I asked about the time stamp, and he noted they were stamped with the Eastern time zone (however, the photos were on a work order form, not from the actual photos taken by the technician, so the time stamp was obviously inaccurate), but as I did the math, it calculated to the time the technician would have been done with my windshield replacement, if their time stamp was accuate. I asked for a copy of the photos, but he said, along with the receptionist, they couldn’t send them, “We don’t know how” followed by, “We can’t. ” So our brief meeting concluded with my frustration by the manager saying it was between me, Safelite Corporate office and my insurance company. As I left the their business, I was told directly, “We’re not buying you a cowl cover. ” I was upset, frustrated, aggravated, to say the least, because my photos showed what I was trying to prove and dispute, but the manager was adamant I was in the wrong.

On hold for 30 minutes and kept trying to push me to the website I needed to know whether they could fix a crack in the black area of the windshield so I went someplace else and they fixed it in 15 minutes thanks To competition

They're ok i guess, i was told they can't replace adhesive on front windshield without having to replace the whole front windshield totalling a little bit over $400.00 and the windshield had no damage whatsoever. Then i went to Diamond auto glass and gotten taken care of. Hey if you have a great experience with Safelite Glass that's great, but if not and want to get taken care of I'd head to Diamond Auto Glass down the street.

Replaced my wind shield with their mobile guys and got a chip the very next day. They sealed the chip for free, no questions asked. Excellent service!

Good service, had our windshield changed twice by them. Only disappointment was this last time they tore my Mic cable for my stereo. Cable was located along top of windshield.

Tech that was supposed to do install led to me and hung up on me when I asked for his Supervisor name and number. Had to call 800 number to get the supervisor who also lied to me and hung up on me. Before he hung up on me he gave me a number for his boss. It was actually the competition's number. Safelite feels they are too big to care about one customer. That's ok. I know alot of people.

Highly recommend this company.talon took really good care of my car and was a super cool guy. He did such an amazing job, it’s like my windshield never had a crack. Really appreciate your work.

Went here to get my windshield repaired because it just had a tiny chip in it that that I wanted filled. Instead of fixing it they ended up cracking my windshield, then couldn't replace it, and wanted me to schedule a replacement appointment it for weeks out. They seemed super fine with ruining my windshield and like it was no big deal that I would have to drive around with this crack in it. Does this happen all the time there, because they seemed to care less about it? I called Diamond Autoglass (they're just down the road) and they were 100 times nicer and able to replace my windshield, THAT SAFELITE BROKE, that day. Only reason they get 2 stars instead of 1 is because I feel bad for the young kid who broke it.

My car was serviced by Jesse. He did a good job on repairing a crack on my windshield. My car was in and out of there fast. I recommend going to Safelite!

After the replacement of my windshield, my driver wiper was put on wrong. I did not know about this until I needed to use them 2-days later when it snowed. The blade kept jumping off the side of the car. I had to stop my trip and take the wiper off and change it's orientation. When I mentioned this in my Safelite survey, they said someone would contact me about it. That was a week ago and still no contact. Not the type of service I expected (not what I received in the past from them).
