Took my car last week. Had it parked and the Tech guy got in my car and hit the curb and scratched the bottom of my car. When I got my car I had noticed the scratch and called right away and was told they don't have no cameras, which is wild to me because they are a huge corporation company. I called all day Monday and the manager said his tech said he didn't do it and they are not responsible. I called corporate and they told corporate they are waiting on Camera footage.hmmmmm I thought they didn't have cameras. I'm disgusted by their customer service skills. They deserve no Stars. So please if you go watch them drive your car!

Great experience! Dropped off the Tacoma windshield replaced and camera calibrated! They even vacuumed the floorboard! Truly an awesome experience. If it’s your first visit just park the car in the parking lot and walk in. The techs will find your vehicle when it’s time. Definitely recommend!

Good service, and quality work. I did have to wait all day for my service even though I had an appointment. That's my only observation for improvement. Others who came in with an appointment came and left before mine was ready.

I travel for work. I do 1000 miles a week. In 6 months this is my 4th windshield. I usually go to another company but this time I wanted to try Safelite. First they scheduled me at 3pm on a Saturday and they tell me they they can't finish the job and i will have to reschedule to finish job. Than why they scheduled me in the first place if they can't finish the job. Should have scheduled me earlier in the day. On top of it all their d**ba**** put adhesive tape on my windshield and car paint. Now I have to use goofoff to get it off which is not going good. So let's just say I won't be back. I should have stuck with max auto glass.

Try to call, and you can't talk to a real person. Website didn't give an opinion of what I needed.

I scheduled for Monday and then had to reschedule for Thursday. They still showed up Monday. Then didn't quality check their work. Husband went out later that night and windshield wiper motors were acting clunky and noisy. We called first thing Tuesday and my husband had to drive the car to their office to be repaired. Thankfully it wasn't a big thing.but when you pay $500 for something to be repaired, quality check your work!

Spent fours there for a windshield replacement. When I walked in the door they told me it would take an hour and a half. The reason being, the equipment needed to recalibrate my camera was in Green Valley. My question: knowing you need certain equipment to fulfill an appointment in a timely matter, why would it be off-site? Very dissatisfied!

Dropped my Volkswagen off for a new windshield and calibration. Was done in less than 2 1/2 hours.

Great quality, great service, all satisfactory and above expectations, waiting room comfortable with free water and a few saving snacks.

Last windshield replacement they came to me so I was hesitant at first. The entry is a little confusing so I ended up driving to the back and had to drive back around. Once inside, everything was wonderful. Prompt, friendly service. The technician gave complete feedback and guidance. The repair was done well and car was returned clean and ready to go. Waiting room was clean, comfortable AND they provided water, coffee and snacks!

Had my windshield replaced late December but afterwards I had a lot of wind noise. Took it back and the technician said he took the glass out and it had a bead all around it. That it was a Jeep and you have wind noise. I replied that now it sounds like a soft top. Not pleased. Also wondered why he disconnected my dash cam.

They were fine. My 2016 Prius needed extra Toyota parts to do windshield. They covered and installed them no charge.

I don't know about all locations, but in Tucson stay away from the Lisa Frank location. I have been trying to get my warranty work fixed since December.its February and my car won't lock and my airbag lights are blinking AND no one will call back or answer the phone!

Great experience dealing with the otherwise not-so-great experience of cracked windshields. We've taken two cars in, one for a chip in the windshield (fixed lightning fast, repair is holding up well), and for a full windshield replacement. The full replacement was pretty painless too, and they had no troubles doing the sensor recalibration on the Subaru too. The techs know their stuff, and the front staff is helpful too.

Would of given them a five but they gave me my car back my BMW i3. I inspected the car and they broke one of the clips that hold on a piece of trim. I watched several YouTube videos and this was one of the cautions about the window fix. It can cause water in the door pillar which causes water sloshing. Some people complained about the trim flying off the car when on freeway. The missing star isn't for breaking the clip and not telling me.

It literally took all day. I dropped my car off at 9: 30am and had to wait for it to be done after closing hours. So if you need your windshield replaced be ready to waste your whole day waiting.
