16They messed up putting on my daughter's windshield, but they also fixed the issue without any hassle. So overall were happy with the service even though we had to make several appointments.
If I could give 0 I would. Scheduled a mobile service, no call no show absolute rubbish, just got an "oops" from safelite. Can I trust them to install a windshield right? Idk

Snacks and delicious gourmet coffee machines are also in the lounge along with available cold water beverages in the fridge. Very informative staff who go above and beyond to satisfy.
I will not return to safelite, my appt was at 10am i arrived around 8am maybe someone cancel or something. Then i at 10: 05am i ask them have they took my car bck then they want to tell me its an allday thing. So why make appt if its goin to be all day. Non-sense
A very satisfying experience with the Safelite folks, installing a new windscreen on my Kia Sedona cracked due to the hood fling open and blinding me as well as cracking then glass in two major areas.

YOU CAN ALWAYS GET SOMEONE ON THE PHONE IN A NEW YORK MINUTE WHEN IT COMES TO SALES, HAPPY TO TAKE THAT CALL NOW TRY TO CALL FOR A SERVICE FOLLOW UP AND OR JUST A QUESTION THAT THE PHONE SYSTEM DOES NOT HAVE PRESET AND YOU WILL GET DISCONNECTED PERIOD! AWFUL AWFUL EXPERIENCES (2 cars btw)! LOCAL #? WHAT LOCAL NUMBER! MINDS AS WELL JUST CALL THE 800 DIRECTLY BCZ YOU WILL NEVER NEVER GET THROUGH! RIDICULOUS! I HOPE THERE IS NO NEXT TIME BUT IF INDEED I AM GOING SOMEWHERE ELSE JUST BCZ I DO NOT LIKE THAT CONTRAST FROM A NICE TUNE WITH THEIR COMMERCIAL TO THIS TYPE OF TREATMENT AFTER THEY GET PAID! TERRIBLE!
Rearview mirror is falling off after WS replacement and you cannot call them on the phone. They demand an appt online and want you to pay upfront
. If you select the issue with previous work option they hang up on you
Worst customer service. Manager was defensive no apology. He need some customers service training. I am going to call State Farm take this vendor out from there vendor list
Couldn't even get a simple quote over the phone. Their automated phone system is a pain. Don't tell me to use the online service when I've already opted to call for my own reasons.
One specialist didn't attach a pad underneath rain sensor.
Took a while to get it scheduled but it was fixed. Works fine now.
Initial tech did great job otherwise.
Such a nice place to go to. Very pleasant front office and the men working on our vehicles are so clean and pleasant to talk with. They know their job!
I left my truck at home with my wife to have the windshield replaced. I came home from work and took a look at my truck and this is what I found! Who ever was doing the installation managed to cut my steering wheel with what ever bladed tool they were using! Not just one cut but multiple cuts! Absolutely carelessness on the tech's behalf. Hopefully safelite will fix this.
They damage some parts of my car while they installed the new windshield, they forgotten to screw the molding and ensemble the molding, and rear view mirror was louse and they ended to super glue instead to fix or replace the damage part.
My only complaint is that they left shards of glass all over the dash and front passenger seat and floorboard.
Scheduled appointment through USAA claims for a new windshield and scheduled time off work. I get a call on Saturday morning two days prior to appointment to tell me that it needs to be changed to an all day drop off when another shop I used prior this year only needed 2 hours. Puts me out since I can't reach USAA until Monday morning, they could have called 2 weeks ago when I scheduled the appointment to tell me this.
Poor communication IF you are lucky enough to talk to a real person. Replaced my grandsons windshield 2 times as the first one was wrong, They did it 2 times in one month so 4 appointments. Got one quote then it got changed then waited for parts set appointment they never showed or called. Frustrating to say the least, I was last one to know anything SAD.
