Safelite AutoGlass, Mesa AZ

I have actually used safelite in the past with good results, but after this most recent experience I will be going elsewhere for my future windshield repairs. They sold my daughter a damaged windshield which resulted in having to bring it back to be replaced again. Dropped off car at 915 am, called at 3pm for status no one answered the phone. Went down there to get an answer and her vehicle still hadn't moved. They apologized said they hadn't realized we had an appointment. The manager was polite when I spoke to him but everything else was very unpleasant.

Great other than the technician that came to my house couldn't put my rear view mirror on correctly and I had to drive over to the shop to have it fixed.

Orlando is very professional and customer service oriented. Not to mention skilled in his trade. Initially quoted 2-2.5 hours. Orlando managed it in 65 minutes. Very impressive.

Requested several times for manager to call to discuss replacement using insurance. No call back even after several requests and reminders (also called call center and left a message for a call back). Windshield simply replaced with poor quality after market product without permission. Still requested call back to discuss work. Not a chance! No customer service whatsoever and was even open to discuss upgrade. New screen is blurry, loud and heads up display now is way off center and distorted. Won't be using again!

I cannot say enough good things about this safelite location! Every single employee that helped me was professional and polite. They went above and beyond to get my windshield replaced asap! This is actually the second windshield I’ve had replaced here and I will never go anywhere else! Thank you!

Danny the manager goes back on his word. Do not go here. Worst customer services and the windshield are not up to OEM (manufacturer) standard, they are after market and will crack within week of getting replaced. Would find another place to fix your windshield.

Made an appointment to have my window replaced. Great quick service. Will be back for anymore issues!

Didn't have the best experience at first or second time. But the manager Anthony took his time to talk to me and come out and fix the problem and make it right. This was greatly appreciated. I changed my review and comment.

This is the second time working with Safelite, two separate issues (monsoon season then a crack in my winDow from a rock) that happened to my windshield. The customer service was awesome, they did a great job both times and finished on the time frame they gave me.

These guys were awesome, so friendly and quick. They have refreshments in the waiting room and were done before the estimated finish time. The guy who fixes a couple doings in my windshield, I wish I remembered his name, he explained what he did and was super helpful. Thank you so much for your services!

I normally have a mobil technician work on my windshield out of shear convenience. However, this time I didn't want to wait for the chip and crack to spread to the point that would require a full replacement. Scheduling the visit was fairly easy though my insurance. The lobby is pretty comfortable and they offer coffee and water. They were a little slower than I was hoping but overall this was a pretty easy and pleasant experience.

Very friendly and the technicians were very professional. They were on time for my appointment and they replace my windshield in less than an hour. It took them about 30 minutes to replace my windshield. I will use SafeLite again in the future and will recommend SafeLite to families and friends.

I used the at home mobile service. Dustin stayed in contact with me via text message to let me know he was on his way. Dustin was on time in the window for the appointment 6-am-10am. The replacement was done very quickly. He let me know what I should do to allow the glue to set up and how long I needed to leave on the tape my window. My only comment is that he smelled of cigarettes and I am not a fan. I would recommend Safelite AutoGlass if you need a replacement.

Did amazing work. Can barely tell there was a chip in the windshield. He went above and beyond to make it look new. Very happy with the person who fixed my windshield I think his name was Rich or something like that. Will definitely go back to him and recommend his work to others.

Quoted me $115 dollars for a glass fill. It cost me $30 dollars for same repair down the street at Auto glass repair shop. Crooks!

In all fairness - the 1st appointment they had the wrong windshield.but appt's 2 and 3 were a bust. Finally connected on the 4th attempt, and technician seemed to do a good job - but am in AZ - will check soon as we get a good rain storm. ;-)

Matthew was very prompt, professional, and courteous. Matthew called me to let me know what time he was going to show up. Called me again to make sure if it was ok with me if he showed up earlier since some other customers had cancelled. Had the right winshield (thank u lord). And was very knowledgeable about the job. Very detailed oriented, would definitely recommend safelite.

Place was great. Great customer service from when we walked to the door until we left. Windshield is perfect. There are refreshments there for you if you need em and it's close to places to eat. The young man servicing our windows was cool and explained everything to us and made sure we understood the process before and after. Only thing that was I could complain about, but I'm not, is that they said it would take an hour and a half. Took almost two but that's fine, like I said not complaining. They even vacuumed the car out after. Place was fantastic

Had a crack in my windshield, from rock on the freeway. I booked a week out through the app, on the day of appointment, they called an hour into the time for the window to be replaced and told me that the location they had was wrong. There solution was for me to wait another week or leave work to take the car into their shop. Very disappointed in a company I had previously held in high regard.

This is the second time booking has been an issue. Last time I had to wait nearly a month.

Technicians in the past have been great. Today's service was terrible. Not likely to use this company again. Do not recommend this company.

I do not recamend using this company they order the wrong glass for my truck twice told me they had the they would be back with the right glass later the same day but did not show then reschedule me the next day with out me knowing or saying it is ok.don't use them
