Safeway, Pinetop-Lakeside AZ

So many customers are allowed to shop here without masks on. As someone whose Father is currently battling for his life in the ICU due to COVID-19, I am appalled by this. Everyone needs to shop safely, and the mask mandate needs to be more strictly enforced in this store.

I am a full time resident of Lakeside and a retired healthcare worker. Your employees work very hard and are very kind. This Saturday, while shopping, I experienced a dramatic decrease in the mask enforcement requirement at the store. The store was very crowded as well and the limit of shoppers present was high. Please insure that not only your employees are safe but that the community is safe. Please enforce the mask requirement and the population limit is managed better! The health of our community is at stake even if the population in the store is not from our area (Phoenix) thanks.

Just another reason we normally dont shop at Safeway. It was on our way so stopped to get milk & a few items. Milk had a digital coup for. 99 but due to excessive volume at store I couldn't download coup on my phone. The checker refused to honor discount. Something like this happens whenever we try shopping at Safeway.

Store was busy, customers not wearing mask and lines to CK out going down 4 grocery lanes, not enough cashier's at 3pm on a Saturday

I made a purchase today of several item and spent $67.89; when I checked my receipt I found I was overcharged $19.98. I find this unexceptable. CHECK YOUR. RECEIPTS.
