Safeway, Scottsdale AZ

Safeway is the best grocery store. There's no other grocery store I prefer. The people are nice and they know where things are. The lines are not long, which makes me go through the checkout line with a human being instead of the self checkout. I prefer doing this because I've done this my whole life. Self checkout is kind of too hard for me. What coupons did I get applied? Did I get enough quantity? Was the item I thought I got actually the same item as with the coupon was advertising? A real employee will help me catch these things, and Safeway has the best!

Better sales than Fry's, where there are getting to be so many restrictions. Helpful employees.

I use their app and watch for their ads. Their app often doesn't work properly and nearly always makes mistakes. Sometimes multiple mistakes and ALWAYS in Safeway's favor.

I am tired of being an accountant and I am tired of being ripped off. The extra five minutes to Walmart is well worth it - just for the clear and honest receipt.

This is a supermarket. It has a great variety. Prices are really good. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Had everything we needed for a full shop.
If you need to purchase groceries, i would highly recommend going to Safeway.

Produce is fresh, store is clean. Checkout is easy, and fast. One issue for some people, their baggers, dont seperate cold foods from dry, or chemicals from food items. I end up having to rearrange my bags, everytime.

Absolutely loved these prices. I was sure the cart was going to be at least 300$ or more based off of what I get in NJ. The bill was $131. That was enough to feed 4 people 2-3 meals.

This place is horribly managed. They never restock the items and don't have any cashiers available for check out. One of the worst Safeways I've been to

Terry in the Deli (He looks like the actor who plays in the Ant-Man Marvel movies) It's a joy to see each time I come in period it's just a nice guy friendly helpful and it makes my shopping there way more pleasant than otherwise.
Everyone else in the store just seems to be working there. Not much caring interaction.
I go to this safeway because it's the nearest redbox. However as long as I'm there I'd like to get some hot wings or soup or something. The place is clean enough.
