Safeway Pharmacy, Holbrook AZ

I had to switch to Walmart Pharmacy in Taylor, they are not knowledgeable in different insurances and their codes. BEWARE, you might be paying for prescriptions that are covered.

Made an appointment for covid shot one week ago
Got there today and they told me it would be another hour because someone went to lunch. WHY would you schedule a lunch at the exact time of my appointment?
Customer service is not your priority. I will find some other RX for my needs. Even if I have to travel to another town.

Safeway pharmacy has gone above and beyond to get medications for my medically fragile daughter. Thank you, Safeway!

Worst pharmacy I've ever used. Since January 14th they've screwed up 4 prescriptions. Now today yet again. Waited over 2hrs and when I asked I was told it'd be a minimum of another hour and I should have called. Shouldn't have to call for a prescription to get filled in a timely manner.

It's very frustrating that every single time you need to pick up anything it is never ready. Not only that but when you ask how long it might take for a script to be filled the nonchalant reply you receive is "it's hard to know". And to top things off the customer service is always less than desirable. The store however provides excellent service just this particular department is majorly lacking in their abilities.

Horrible! Needed my husbands medicine. Dropped off prescription, said they had it in stock. They called an hour later saying they didnt have it in stock. My husband was in serious pain by that time. Told the lady I was upset, her reaponse. Have a good day! I hate that pharmacy.

Always issues with this crappy pharmacy. They know they are the only game in town and it shows in their attitude and customer service. We need a real pharmacy like Walgreens or CVS.

Their website says 'online refills'. NOT TRUE. Payments over the phone? NOPE! I needed to get meds for a family member. It was very important. I live over an hour away. Unhappy!

Every single time I have to come pick up prescriptions.regardless of time of day, there is a line! One freakin' cashier, 3 or 4 others chit chatting behind the counter. Walmart is calling my name.
