Safeway Pharmacy, Scottsdale AZ

Safeway pharmacy on Chaparral has the best, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly Pharmists and staff in Scottsdale. I can't remember all their names. However, in a recent visit, Kim and Mark delivered excaptional help. A special shout out to everyone that have made me a loyal customer for over 15 years.

Very rude, the staff is very discriminatory. Treats people like they are drug attics or act very judgemental.

The customer service here is absolutely amazing. Every time without fail. I wish that I switched to this (Hayden and Chaparral) Safeway Pharmacy years ago.

Very bizarre staff here. They are very socially awkward, short rude answers with any questions you might have over medication. They have been like this for awhile now & so glad to get rid of them. They do not answer their phone for doctors to call back. NONE of the employees at the pharmacy should be in customer service.they should never be around any people. It’s very bad! Stay away if you can. You will be extra stressed.

Racist staff and the worst pharmacy experience I have ever had. They didn’t even have the courtesy to apologize waiting an entire hour for them to tell me they couldn’t do anything and then not even calling me when it was ready. I got in my car and had a mental breakdown because of how poorly I was treated. Never coming here again. As someone who works in the medical field, this is shocking and eye opening. Never go here!

I’m still waiting for over 1.5 h for a simple refill! The pharmacist and old tech is extremely rude and unprofessional!
You should not be treated with disrespect if you have a foreign accent or you are person of color at the pharmacy!
I’m going to contact board of pharmacy and safeway head office about my visit today.
