Safeway Pharmacy reviews
2I've received little from this pharmacy beyond inconvenience. They never seem to have anything in stock, and orders often do not seem to arrive in a timely manner. The woman in front of me in line just now was told that the medication her husband was completely out of was still on order. Most of the staff are affable and personable enough, and I'd like to give them the benefit of the doubt, but there is a clear problem somewhere in their workflow. If I were staying here longer, I'd find a different pharmacy.
WORST PHARMACY EVER! My 76 year old Army Veteran father-in-law had a prescription sent into the Pinetop-Lakeside Safeway Pharmacy, after being seen for Influenza A at the Show Low Urgent Care. The poor man was waiting in the truck nearly half dead. The pharmacist on duty tried to make us return THREE TIMES for one prescription, as after the second return, he stated he needed to go on break for an hour. What kind of management skills are being displayed here? This pharmacist can't "finish" with a customer before going on break? How selfish & dishonorable is it to keep a seriously ill elderly Army Veteran waiting for over 90 minutes to fill one prescription? After reading poor review after poor review, you'd think that someone within this Safeway's Store Management Team would have the gall to confront the problem? Nope.why change anything, since it's only one of two grocery stores in Pinetop-Lakeside? As long as their competition is down, who cares about customer service? This pharmacy is poorly managed by a selfish and dishonorable pharmacist. This Safeway Store Manager could care less to fix the problem, even after years of negative reviews. Does it take a customer to point out that two pharmacists are needed in order to cover-down on breaks, and to keep your store's prescription line flowing? I felt compelled to forward this review to the Safeway Corporate Headquarters, with the hope their Corporate Leadership make the long overdue changes this Store Manager has failed to address, in the 3 years of repetitive negative reviews written against this super-market's pharmacy. To the Safeway Pharmacist and Store Manager.you should be ashamed of yourselves. Rather than being assets to our lovely community, you two "CHOSE" to be liabilities. Your karma is waiting for you. You deserve NO MERCY when you are deathly ill.
