So nice to have a good store without some sociopaths pet in the way. People Respect others and their businesses leave your pets home.

The customer service is the best. Clean bathroom for customer and cold clean water to quench your thirst. I like playing Pokemon.

Ace has a great selection of construction supplies, but be sure to call, some items are listed on the internet and available at the main stores and not stocked here in Safford.

I just love this place. They don't let you run around trying to find things. They help you whenever you need it. They have a little if everything in there. Great people. I go there a lot. Easy parking in and out. They know what they have and where it's at.

Always Helpful. If they do not have it in stock, they will tell You who in town may have what You're looking for. A Good place to go, if You have Hardware questions and help for Your project.

Needed a quick early morning repair on a gas drill and got superb service/repair from John in Stihl. Perfect!

Walked in with the broken faucet valve and walked out with a new one less than 30 minutes later! The staff is very knowledgeable and had no trouble finding the part I needed.

Ace is a great addition to the Safford-Thatcher area. Recently I needed a can of contact cement for a project the next day. A competitor was completely out of both sizes of the product. I called Ace thinking if they did carry it, I would have to pay more. But not only did they have it in stock, but in 3 sizes, and at a lower price than the big box store. I left very pleased and grateful that our event wasn't disrupted by supply chain delays!

I like the people that work at Ace hardware. They seem to be a little bit too helpful. When you have any employee that walks the floor asking if you need help it gets kind of annoying. Hey man if I need help guess what I'll ask other than that stock the shelves or do whatever else you need to do I'm good.

These guys were awesome let me use their roll of Scotch tape to keep my lens on my blinker of my bike so I could ride home to Tucson
