This is probably one of the most laughable, worst customer service in the entire industry of service. Complicated scheduling, long wait times to schedule conversations and horrendous automation and web services. It's like a monkey designed the automated services and technology.

For one, I've been calling for over two weeks to schedule a court ordered assessment for a ridiculous event in my life. I started calling daily on January 5th. It wasn't until January 17th that I actually was able to talk to someone instead of waiting a half an hour behind 11, or 17 or 8 other customers. (Okay, business owner, if you have a wait time of 11 or 8 or more people in your que, what would Fry's do? * open another line? Maybe add additional staff? * or are you even aware?) If you're a non-profit organization, then that explains your ineptitude.

Did you know that there's such a thing as Calendly for scheduling calls with your receptionists, or call center?

After scheduling an assessment online, there were no links provided, nothing until three hours prior to the assessment on February 8th. At that point, I logged in early, because I wanted to make sure there were no technical difficulties because they are using Microsoft Teams.

After seven minutes of waiting with no one showing up I send an email with this response: "I apologize; no one was in the meeting with me. They have assigned another person for me to assess right now. " two minutes later, after I sent an email: "I tried to call you and waited in the meeting until 10: 37 but unfortunately you will need to reschedule your appointment. "

Okay, I've wasted HOURS with this program. If this is their racket that they don't show up, they can't answer phones and they can't schedule people HOW in the WORLD do they stay in business? OH, government contracts.

Well, for one, let's put an end to this ridiculous racket of service they have. Don't send people here. Choose another service in the Valley.

Any owner or service provider would be out of business if they didn't have government contracts and monkey's running the show. These are my tax dollars working too.

Rediculous how the offices are closed. My husband can’t even log in, then they call him and give him attitude about not logging in. All offices are closed, you call but of course you’re on hold forever. He can’t call in for classes it has to be on video, but how is he suppose to log in? Very unprofessional…

Do NOT use this company. They will give you the wrong login, withdraw you, and cause you to go to jail. They violate civil rights. Lawsuit pending. Check out the YouTube video showing corruption.

Well this is not what you want to see for the place my friend made a deal with the judge that she would complete treatment. I hope that she has a little bit better experience. She honestly needs a little bit help and I know that I have been there.

By far the most unprofessional and rude behavior I have ever came accross is any service related Industy. They themselves never completed my initial appointment, nor did the call to cancel or reschedule. I had to call. On the second appointment. The did t call me, I had to call them once again, to which they didnt answer. They then called back literally laughing on the phone. Only to tell me my behavior was condescending. Choose ANYWHERE but he for ANYTYPE of service.

Why is this place even still open? My lawyer keeps telling me to call them again and again all month long like Ill get anywhere with these non empathetic people.
Really wish they would do their jobs. They lack basic manners and customer service over the phone. I bet most calls to here end quickly
without any positive outcomes.

This is the worst place I've ever dealt with. The admissions staff talks down to you in a belittling manner. Particularly McKenzie is absolutely insensitive and unprofessional to people needing help. She actually had the nerve to laugh at me over the phone in regards to my situation. Now they are refusing to refund my money because I was promised individuals therapy if I didnt like group therapy. I have anxiety and they know this from my intake. So I opted out of group and decided to be put on the waiting list for individual therapy due to my anxiety disorder. Now they are telling me I dont qualify for individual therapy. "Individual therapy is only for people with communication issues such as language barriers" is what they told me. I was very addiment from the beginning about not wanting group. Yet I let them convince me to try it. Despite the therapist promising to get me into individual therapy if I didn't like group, they denied me individual therapy and now refuse to refund my money. Then afterwards the therapist actually lied and denied he promised me individual therapy if I didnt like group. So they treat you poorly, steal your money and lie to you or lie about their promises. I have sought legal action against them to recover my fees. The other reviews in here are correct. No wonder they have 1.7 stars. I'm sure the few good reviews are from employees and are fake. This is one of many reviews I intend to write about these unprofessional people with no regard for empathy to suffering individuals. If you need fast therapy? This is your place. We all know the outcome of having a fast food diet. Avoid these people! Awful human beings with no feelings for anything except money.

Idk what kinda circus show these people are running but STAY AWAY! The crazies are running the asylum folks. I'd rather stick "an appendage" in a light socket than deal with these people.

My son has had the worst experience ever with this service. It has been over two months now that he has complied and completed, his driving online course, etc. Still until this day they have failed to send the paperwork the MVD to get his license. They are inconsiderate of others, this is peoples lives that they are interfering with. They Do Not Care Period.

If you are thinking of interviewing with this company - READ THIS.

I was contacted by SAGE to set up an initial interview which is basically a screening asking why you are leaving your current job, what your salary requirement is, and to gauge your experience. The call went well and I told her what I would need to make to leave my current position in which she told me "that is totally doable. " I was scheduled for a second phone interview with 2 supervisors. It ended up only being one because she could not get the other one on the phone at the time. At the end of the interview she told me she was going to suggest they "forego" the third interview and start the reference checks. A couple days later I was asked to do a third interview and fill out the job application. I was actually excited about the position, so I just let it go that she said I would not need a third interview. I completed the third interview (lots of typical interview questions, with no spin of their own), after a day or so they began doing reference checks. I was offered the job via email, and within that offer I was offered the exact amount I make at my current job and 3k less than I asked for. I emailed her back asking if the salary was negotiable because the fact I had spoke about it initially with the other HR rep was to ensure we were on the same page, and time was not wasted. She emailed back stating that the HR person I spoke with should have ended the call once I asked for that specific salary, and that they could not offer me that amount because I do not have a masters; even though the salary I requested is less than what is posted on their job posting.she threw in that I will be getting benefits, vacation, and life/work balance. I would sure hope so! Luckily these were all three phone interviews so I was able to do them during lunch, but imagine if I would have had to take off work. Time is money and there's no need for numerous interviews if the salary requirements are not aligned.

I don't want anyone else to have to go through this hassle.
Know your worth and realize that if a company is going to low ball you, it is a clear indication of how they plan to treat you moving forward. Lets be real with expectations but also continue to thrive in your chosen field.

CHOOSE A DIFFERENT COUNSELING GROUP. They took three months to give me certification of completion. They do not care that you will be on a time frame with the court they will not make any move of care twoard you or your progress of healing and growth do not waste your money or your time. You will regret ever having anything to do with this company.

Read others reviews, says it all. After careful deliberation, i came to the conclusion that it would be easier to keep the breathalyzer on my vehicle for another 6 months than deal with these people. Unbelievable how many hoops you have to jump through for such a simple thing.
