3I visited it and it's a nice community. The new homes and spaces are very nice but very expensive. This would be nice for people who can afford the higher prices.
This is a wonderful little community, great amenities, wonderful staff, friendly residents.
This place is the best. My friends say I lucked out finding this place. They're updating everything. New plumbing and power grid. All the amenities. New security walls and entrance gate. Upgrading Cox and Att fiber optics. Fun parties. Over the top catered events with live bands and DJs. 15 minute drive the zoo, botanical garden, airport. Walking distance to MLB spring training. Every restaurant imaginable unlike other parks you have Burger King only. Neighbors are friendly and best of all super quite and peaceful. Oh and the swimming pool is heated really warm.
