Salad and Go, Gilbert AZ

I love salad and go but at this location the portion sizes are significantly smaller than what I normally get at other locations. The food is always good but I do go out of my way to avoid this location as I get way more for the money at other locations.

I love the salads here. Great price for a healthy substantial salad. I've never received a limpy salad on my many trips. Hate the long lines at lunchtime, but the double drive thru to handle efficiently seems the best that can be done. Soups are a little inconsistent, but I still love the option that they have them.

They added a 2nd lane for ordering. I like going here in the morning to get my lunch. They are very efficient and gets order 100% correct all the time. If you decided to come here at lunch time, pack your patience. Because your order will take a while. Good thing they have an app that you can order from ahead of time.

Salad and go used to be our go to place, going at least once a week. However, this time the food was not good, not sure if it’s just this location or all of them but:
-the chicken pot pie soup was very thin and watery, with very little chicken and vegetables
-autumn Harvest wrap: hardly any dressing, super dry. An insane amount of Parmesan cheese, the cheap Kraft kind. The wrap was pretty much inedible and I’ve ordered it from other locations so I know what it typically tastes like.
-even the lemonade was off (tasted watered down).

The wait was also super long, it seemed like they were understaffed. I will give another salad and go location another chance and I really hope the changes to the food aren’t cost savings measures. I won’t visit this location again.

Stopped here on our way back to California, great idea, fantastic prices, we all loved it.

More like “Salad and Slow”. They are not very good at this location. If you see a line of cars even 1 or 2 waiting to order in each line, expect 10-15 min wait. Frozen strawberry lemonade machine is “down” half the time as well.

I have eaten at this location regularly for two years, but my last two experiences left me with severe abdominal pain and vomiting about 4-5 hours after eating. Once is too much, twice in a row along with other similar comments should raise concern with leadership.

The food is always good! Employees go above and beyond for great customer service. Appreciate all their hard work, thoughtfulness and friendly greetings at the start of the day!

Good and usually fresh, however on my last visit I pulled up and noticed like 8 cars in the line so I just parked and walked up to the window hoping to avoid having to wait in the line, turns out that was a bad idea. I was standing outside for 25 minutes in total trying to order and waiting for my salad. It should literally never take that long to make a salad bro, standing out in 60 degree weather for 25 minutes. Fix it please.

You want an excellent tasting salad. You come to the right place. You like a salad that is great with every bite.

Great food great place but please open at 6: 00 am daily many of us can’t get the breakfast on the way to work!

I placed an order for yesterday for pick up today.

I get to the drive through and let me them know I am here for pick up. I am handed my bag and drinks and drive away.

I get to my office and there is no Fiesta Bowl in the bag.
It’s not like she should have been too busy to check the order was correct. There was not a single person in front of or behind me in line.
I did not get what I paid for and cannot even call the restaurant to speak to anyone.

If you are looking for a healthy meal this is the place you should go to! They have DELICIOUS salads and really really good chicken and protein bowls I recommend!?

They found my receipt for me, expressed their deepest apologies for the mistake, and immediately sent me a gift card to redeem for my next purchases at Salad and Go. I am grateful for Sandy and the rest of the Salad and Go team for their help; their loyalty to their customers truly outshines the competition!

Original: They got everything wrong with my order. 1 buffalo chicken wrap, 1 chicken caprese salad. Came to $14. They put the wrong dressing in the food, wrong ingredients, forgot the proteins, served the salad/wrap warm; pretty much made sure they screwed everything up on our order that they could. They don’t even have a phone number to call for when stuff like this happens. They even made sure not to give me a receipt in my bag with my order so I couldn’t file a complaint with corporate. I truly feel like I was ripped off and taken advantage of. PLEASE make sure to go to any other location but this one, because they do not care about their customers at all.

I come to this location 4 out of 5 days during the week for my already short lunch break and 3 out of those 4 times, no exaggeration, my order is messed up! I’ve talked to management, I’ve talked to associates, and they all acknowledge that my order always gets messed up but yet it keeps happening. I’ve been compensated 1 time for 1 wrap and yet even though they know my order by heart now, they still mess it up every single time and there is always an excuse and no accountability taken! This is by far the worst Salad And Go location that I have been to and unfortunately I can only go to this one for lunch because it’s right by my work.

I frequented this location as it is close to my previous workplace. It can get busy at lunch but they are quick. The salads were consistently good as expected and always a great value. This is one of my favorite takeout chains. Salads are $6. My favorites are the jalapeno ranch and buffalo chicken, but you cannot go wrong.
