Salad and Go, Chandler AZ

I come here all the time and I’ve always been obsessed but this is the breakfast burrito I received this morning. Apparently they’ve halved in size? Won’t be coming here any more if this is the portions they are giving out now. It’s the same size as the sauce packet. It was COLD too. Worrisome since I’m pregnant. Tasted more like a premade frozen tiny burrito than the fresh large ones you used to get.

Just try it! You can get any salad as a wrap and the cold brew coffee and Arnold Palmer’s are fantastic for the price.

Screwed up my order two times in a row I wont go back to these idiots again. Waste of money. Missing ingredients and dressing both times. Shame on me for fooling for it twice. I won’t waste time with their customer service website either easier to just go somewhere else.

Every time and go less salad and less chicken, what started as a great business is going to not be my favorite if the salads are going to be so small! Very disappointed!

Love love love. Delicious, filling, perfect pricing and super fast! Only disappointment is that they got rid of the caprese salad.

Flies & wilted salad.
I have been here a handful of times but this last trip really killed it for me. After eating a quarter of the bowl I uncovered half of a flying insect smothered in dressing. Did I eat the other half? I don't know, but the thought of chewing on fly parts, buffalo chicken and ranch makes me want to vomit. The lettuce can be pretty mid as well. Two stars for the mint cucumber lemonade.

The place sure hit the mark! It’s a nice change to have a quick healthy alternative to typical fast food now a days. I love you can get salads as wraps too! Everyone was friendly and looked they enjoyed working there. The food was fresh, the lettuce & veggies were crisp and not soggy! I ordered the Thai Chicken Wrap. It was so delicious & light to not weigh you down and make you sluggish! Highly recommend this place. It was pretty busy but you will see why! They had 2 entrances with 2 separate windows to get your order…. Genius! So even though it looked crowed …. You didn’t wait long at all. You order and go pretty much! They have it down to a science.

Make sure to check food before leaving the area. Got a breakfast burrito that was a bit more burnt for the tortilla than I've ever gotten from any Salad and Go. Additionally, it seemed a bit over oily, as if it was left for a while and then multiple attempted reheats. Had ordered the bundle but after having the burrito and the iced tea, was not feeling well and could not eat for the rest of the day. Pretty sure I got food poisoning. I hope the staff is sticking to good safety guidelines. Hoping no one else gets sick. Make sure the food you received is actually fresh before leaving!

I like the franchise, but this location needs a little quality control. The salads keep varying in size at this location. The past couple times I've gone there has barely been any lettuce in the containers. All the workers, they are extremely nice, though.

So they have excellent burritos! Omg delicious. My daughter said u need to try them did and was shocked! Must try, good flavor great tasting and there cucumber tea was so refreshing!

Their Cobb wrap, subbing out the cherry tomatoes for pico de Gallo instead is my favorite! Great and affordable fast food salad and wrap place. Don't expect to dine in though.you have to go somewhere else to eat.the go part of Salad and "Go"

It’s a healthy option for a fast food choice. I always get a build my own salad because I’m a pescatarian. Cobb salad with no meat no bacon. Once I said no meat but they put bacon on it anyway. So now I specifically say no meat and NO BACON. I add two hard boiled eggs all the other vegetables and avocado

1. In case of incorrect order it's impossible to get a refund, only through credit card possible to do refund. 2.app stopped working with no notifications. 3.soup is disguising. 4.app promises some coupons, but I never got them. 5. Place becoming busy, usually 3-4 cars (15min wait) in front of you for mobile order at 6Pm.

It is a great place to get a quick bite to eat and not worry about it being unhealthy. It's just quick, easy, convenient, healthy, fast food. They dont sell any soda products (obviously), and They have plenty of salad types to satisfy most people. I'd definitely recommend getting their frozen strawberry lemonade to go with your salad, it's great! Also, a tip I didn't know the first time I went is the container the salad comes in is also designed to toss your salad! Pun intended just squeeze your dressing in, pop the lid back on, hold each side with both hands and shake!

Ordered online at 5: 24 it was supposed to be ready at 5: 31 stood outside at the pickup window after ringing the doorbell multiple times per the pickup instructions and multiple people saw me waiting at the door but ignored me and finally came after third doorbell ring. It’s 112 degrees outside, don’t have a pickup window if you’re not going to tend to your clients in a timely manner that are waiting in 112 degrees

As I type this review, I’ve been sitting in the drive through line for over 20 minutes. They have both lanes open for business on each side of the building, but obviously lack the staff to service them. This is not an isolated occurrence at this location…”Salad and Slow”!

MASSIVE LINE, can't distinguish what's online order pick up and what's the line to order. Absolutely ridiculous.
