Salado Springs Apartments, Tempe AZ

This is the first time I've ever written a review before, but it is well worth it. I've had too many rough experiences renting apartments between college and post-grad, but Salado Springs was not one of them. Truly a fantastic experience. Angel and Billy have their stuff together and are on top of everything. I can't say enough how impressed I was.

Angel is very sweet. My boyfriend and I really considered this our future home. We didn’t necessarily LOVE the layout. It’s very closed together for all the rooms. The living room and dining area are super close to one another where if you want a dining table it be in front of the sliding glass door making it difficult to get in and out. Washer & dryer are on the patio. The microwave being in the pantry. (fire hazard for sure) it was a bit outdated for us as well.

& I miss it. It was reasonable rent

Just moved to AZ and Angel has been with me the whole way! She made the process easy and she is very responsive and helpful. When I first moved in and didn’t have my stuff yet she donated some things to get key started! Salado Springs is a nice and quiet neighborhood hate the rent has to be so much especially for a single mother of 2 but hey everything is going up now! Thanks again for the easy and friendly experience

Awesome place to live. Everyone in the front office is always a great help! Very clean apartments inside and out. Highly recommend if you’re looking for something small in a quiet area of Tempe!

I love it here and Angel is amazing! My rating is 5 stars now but if the rent goes up like a lot of other places it's gonna change. Arizona doesn't even pay a good enough minimum wage for Apartments to be charging extreme amounts of money. Are we catering to the wealthy? Or just being plain greedy? People need to stop moving here because Phoenix can't handle the influx.

Angel has made moving from out of state so quick and easy! She was always available to talk too and made sure we had what we need when moving in! The complex is clean, the neighbors are nice and unit is spacious! Couldn’t have asked for a better person to work with or place to move into! Thank you Angel for all your help!
